how do u get pictures on ur reply

I think he is talking about sigs.
Well if you are, then follow these steps:
Click UserCP, when you are in the User Control Panel, Click Edit Signature, then go to Image Shack and upload you're picture, then in the box provided, press the button with a mountain and a sun on it, and then paste the url of your picture ( direct link from Image Shack ), then press save signature.
