It is said that if you admit your feelings to the girl you love on valentines day in a romantic surrounding they will fall for you or something.

If this girl your friend and are you too casual, close or very close friends?

One thing I have to say is don't pour your heart out if you aren't even close friends and you are not sure if she likes you. I had a best friend do that and he was humiliated. The girl read it out to the wholes class and laughed.

Just make a simple card that you wouldn't mind anyone reading if she read it to all her friends as a joke or just for their opinions. SOmething along the lines of "To a special friend, etc......."

If you have a pretty tight relationship with her then you can try to put all the lovey dovey stuff in there because she probably won't be mean. Also something along the lines of "After all the stuff we have been through as friends, I've been trying to tell you this for a long time but, etc......."

OOOO! Also make sure none off her friends are enemies.
