Unfortunately that's calligraphy/cursive script, and I couldn't read it if I tried, even if it was an actual name rather than just jarbled characters. -shrug-

Well you can't always be sure that one picture/translation is always right, for one. For two, I'm no expert in the Japanese language - especially the written language, for that matter, and it could very well say what the picture implies, but I wouldn't know the difference. I believe there are quite a few native-born Japanese-American persons on this forum, perhaps they can help you when they get the time.

Edit: I took a second look and it's quite obvious that the hirigana outlined in blue does indeed say "Uzumaki Naruto". I can't read Kanji though, so I couldn't affirm the other two slots.
