Near, well I think he's less of a risk taker compared to L. (And Mello's methods are too extreme.) I guess you can say L's in the middle of the two . But for a kid, Near is damn smart.

Yeah, but Near also risks alot compared to L. They both make the same mistakes as well. Near just risked exposeing the suspisions against Light and that may lead them to be killed.

I don't think he'll making, he plan is falling apart at the seems and his investigations team is turning against him. If he kills them, its obvious he's Kira. If he doesn't, he'll get found out all the same. He doesn't even trust Misa to judge anymore, he is relaying on an old friend of his who is a news anchor.
