Konoha would welcome Sasuke with open arms, hes done nothing criminal in Konoha such as killing,stealing,etc. All hes simply doing was getting trained by Orochimaru to get stronger and to kill Itachi.

Think about it, why would Naruto work his ass off so hard to get Sasuke back to Konoha if hes only just going to be executed or be in prison for the rest of his life?

Sasuke will come back to Konoha once hes done with Itachi.

50/50.....they have been searching for him....a sign they want him back....so i dunno....but because of the whole running away....he is technically a missin-nin and you know what happens thn...
