Scared of thuner storms?

Everytime I ask this question to people they say that they are scared, and i wonder why should? I love thunder and lighting right know theres a thunder storm here, and i can feel the floor vibrating , it's so damn awsome.

So I leave you with this, are you scared of storms?

screw the storm it just became a typhoon !!! i cant even see past the window!!!

I'm not afraid of thunderstorms...I actually welcome them, since I don't see them too often in California..

Thunder storm is okay...well..i have already get used to it..but now..the haze out there is getting me mad...kick it...Hope the thunder storm will come real soon to get rid of the haze.

I for one am not afraid of thunderstorms, quite the opposite actually, I watch it with fascination, I love the lightening which shapes differently each time and I always count the seconds until the thunder, hoping it will sound very loud, I also stand outside very often when there's a thunderstorm.

Why people are afraid, I don't really know, it might be because it is something they can't control, no one can't control the weather and a thunderstorm can actually be rather dangerous, you never know what will happen. Also the sound might be frightening in some way, making the floor tremble LOL
Anyways, as someone who isn't afraid of thunderstorms, I can't tell anything about this.

When it gets really loud i'll be a little scared..especially if there is a blackout T_T

I'm not afraid of it... I'm pretty much used to it... We have storms and all quite often this time of the year. Sometimes it's even okay when there's a brownout coz we (our family) sometimes use the time to "bond" (LOL) like telling ghost stories in the candlelight... playing the guitar.. etc...

I see no reason for people to be scared of it.. unless they're out standing in an open field....

I love thunderstorms, dont know why but they're the best, thats what i think.
Just like how it gets dark and starts to rain, i also sometimes sit down and watch them from the window.
