Hi you lot just need a lil help ere ,, well ,, not rily help but i just want to know that which is the stronger eye technique the sharingan or the rinnegan ?
I've always knew that both of them are massively strong and can do different combos , jutsus and techniques, etc... but if u put it in a situation where they collide or fight , for example if u let madara and pein fight then whosever gonna win ? Lol obviously madara but STILL it doesnt mean that it proves that sharingan is better than rinnegan right ?! Id appreciate anyone who replies thank u for being concerned !

I like sharingan better. When you have mangekyou you are on even terms with rinegan imo. Especially Tobi's variation that lets him teleport and phase through things.

but i agree that the rinnigan is way better then the sharingan, i think pain would kick itachi's and sasukes ass' in a heartbeat

pein was by far the strongest.. think of it this way would u follow a leader that was weaker than u? hell no if that were the case madara would have killed pein but he couldnt the rinnegan is what spawned the byakugan which spawned the sharingan so u tell me which would u have the original or the generic brand. cmon now this is silly

Well itachi wasnt following anything, but orders. Lol, pain and madara knew itachi was a double agent yet neither would do a damn thing about it so whos the strongest? Yes, itachi sick with MS alone kept pain and madara in check (from attacking konaha).

Pains just the basic seven abilities of the RG put into a body each using the gedo mezo statue because nagatos a crippacrapple. Its nagato specila combom of all the RGs abilites which creates the six paths and allows nagato to fight without even being present that makes him so strong, not just his RG abilites.

U know the difference between nagaot and itachi.

Once nagatos secret of his abilites (RG) was found, he was fucked and left to get talk no jutsued.

Once itachis secret of his abilites (SG) was found out, he had already worked out a counter to cover himself lol (refering to kakashi figuring out his MS and genjutsu abilites and how to counter them, yet itachi still got naruto with a genjutsu and kakashi still wouldnt of stood a chance if itachi was serious about fighting).

I mean itachi owned S level shinobi in mere seconds when it took sasuke a hell of a battle to beat deidara and Jman couldnt even stop Oro. Yet itachi owned both (oro and deidara) in seconds.

Well the RG has been introduce and lost already while the EMS has yet to be shown and aparently lost, but the user is still alive??? IDK, I think the author more then intends the EMS SG to be more powerful then the RG.

IMO, the MS is equal to the RG in power (1 ultimate T/S ninjutsu, 1ultimate T/S genjutsu and 1 ultimate summons) Along with the basic reading fast movements, subduing bijuu, automind rapping genjutsu and the ability to read hand signs in order to copy as well as anticipate the enemies attack. And also see the chakra system and chakra through solid objects, just not in as much detail as the BG.

The RG just offers high level ninjutsu, no bijuu supression, no reading fast movements, no genjutsu, no seeing chakra system or even chakra through solid objects, no copying anything, ectect. Just ninjutsu.

So while powerful, the SG/MS is more versitile and still offers the ultimate ninjutsu, genjutsu and summon. So its basicly quality (3 ultimate abilites) over quantity (6 high level abilites and 1 ultimate ability) But, because the MS causes blindness then the RG holds an edge, but are clearly=in power IMO.

^For once, I agree with KYF.
I think Itachi was stronger than Pain for sure.
But I also think Pain could do so much more if he used his actual body,
think about his Ninjutsu/Taijutsu/Summoning skills divided between 6 bodies.
Put all that in one body, and I think he would give Itachi a run for his money..
