MUGEN...ive got that...dont use it anymore though....couldnt find any good characters like bleach or naruto

Only at this part of the character installation section:

'Let us pass at the following stage, it is now necessary to edit the file select.def which is in the directory data.

Edit it by using a text editor like notepad.'

In the image you see the cursor on the system.def file but instead, you need to edit the select.def file.

well that was just a link to a tutorial on installing characters, stages and bg music etc.
fr naruto and bleach characters you should check out the forums of http://naruto.burke-works.com
download mostly goes through sendfile.com so I dont think registration is required. I registered so...
for other characters just google '*character name* mugen' and 9 out of 10 times youll find what youre looking for.

Which is the better fighting game?

Street Fighter
Tekken
Soul Calibur
Mortal Kombat

I'll go with Street Fighter cause that has some original and awesome characters and was one of my first fighting games.
Tekken had defined 3-d fighting.
SC had pwned with awesome weapons and characters.
MK has a great story and prolly the goriest one of all.

But still I go with SF.
