There would be much mother/son issues. ANBU would have to come over to separate the two because they would each other's throat, fighting to the death.

his 15 and i think for a long time that he does not have parents in his life...he wouldnt care if he has a poster mother or none..

Tsunade is just a sham, she may look like a beautiful woman but she's an old, old person who is probably really ugly. I'm glad we didn't get to see her remove the jutsu to conserve chakra after the fight with Orochimaru, it would've haunted my dreams for months.
