Welcome to the Ultimate Rasengan Team FC home of the Rasengan Owners Jiraiya, Naruto , Minato , and Kakashi and the rules are the same as any other FC out there
1 have a good time 2 No spamming 3 Stay active while your on 4 Have great refreshed ideas on Avatars/ Banners ( ok so that was my own idea) And Please let this FC have a chance to take root before you say negative things about it who knows it can be fun and I also let you think up of a nice Banner to go with it since I have no skill in that area hardly .
