yeah it seemed that they rushed the finals, i mean echizen is losing for 6 chapters...then wins in one chapter, and doesnt show much of a conclusion

what tennis match? anyways for a recap andy roddick won the dubai open. and now the pacific life open in indian wells has already started, with maria sharapova and daniela hantuchova breezing through the 3rd round. justine henin did not participate in this tourney.

the ATP matches will commence on sunday as the participants who got 1st round byes like federer, nadal and djokovic will play for their respective 2nd round matches. indian wells is broadcasted on common sports channels on cable.

well in order to keep this fc alive i'll try to post some match results that comes to mind since there will be no more updates to pot, unless konomi will begin the manga of life of ryoma in the professional field. that would be very cool.

yeah i do. semis matches will be between Roger Federer and Mardy Fish on the top half and Novak Djokovic vs Rafael Nadal on the bottom. I hope Fed and Djoker wins so that Roger can return the favor to Novak in the finals. in wta it will be Ana Ivanovic vs Svetlana Kuznetsova in the finals.

yah she lost, and now in miami she did not participate, citing shoulder injury. henin is doing good in miami but will face serena williams next. ivanovic is out in the hands of lindsay davenport.

in the men's side roger federer and rafael nadal are still into the tournament in their respective 4th round encounters tonight. novak djokovic failed to defend his title when he lost in his 2nd round encounter.

well i'm just waiting for someone to post here...anyways the 2nd grand slam of the year, the tournoi de roland garros, most commonly known as "the french open", is fast approaching. it will be on may 25 to june 8. atp world number 1 roger federer bids for his first title here to complete his cabinet of trophies after winning 3 australian opens, 5 wimbledons and 4 us opens. he has reached the finals twice, being stopped on both occasions by his arch nemesis rafael nadal, the most dominant player ever on clay courts. nadal won the french open for 3 consecutive times, meeting roger federer in the finals twice. he has no other slam trophies besides the french. novak djokovic, who won his first slam in this year's australian open, will try to accomplish what rod laver has done in 1962 and 1969, ie, completing a calendar year "grand slam" (it refers to winning the four slam events in a year). he has proven to be a contender on clay after winning the rome masters title.

meanwhile, on the women's side, justine henin will try to defend her title and win the french open for the 4th time. maria sharapova will also try to complete her cabinet of slam trophies after winning the other 3 one trophy apiece.
