The chapter was good up until the end. Madara turns evil! so corny. Madara had decent dialog & had a point in regards to Tobirama. He seems rather justified for his actions in the manga up until this point (within the context of the flashback). The way the chapter ended kind of killed the chapter though. 3/5 because the ending could have been better.

I agree. The chapter as a whole was awesome, up until the last page. Why can't the Uchiha's have proper fucking motivation?

Well, it can't be denied: decent chapter until the last page. Hey, Madara, how about you become the Nidaime Hokage and tell Tobirama to put a sock on it instead of turning against Hashirama and everything you two worked for all these years?

No matter how much Kishimoto wants to make Tobirama the strawman racist, he just comes as a pragmatist because, look, fucking Madara went bananas over a situation he could very easily avoid if he thought for a second, further proving that the Uchiha are a clan full of emotional bombs ready to explode and that Tobirama has every right to not trust them.

Well, on the plus side, Mito didn't play the Rin role on this flashback.

Nothing new to add about the quality of this chapter, because I'm in agreement with what has already been stated.

So Sasuke was butthurt over his brother. Obito was butthurt over his crush. Madara was butthurt over not being Hokage (because his statement about not being able to protect his brothers and fellow Uchiha is justifiable).

One's butthurtness was related to family, the other a piece of ass, and finally the last one to self vindication (can't think of a better word at the moment).

I'm guessing there is a turn in Tobirama somewhere later down the road. All of Tobirama's actions thus far seem to conflict with him naming Hiruzen as his successor instead of Danzo. Danzo is starting to seem like Tobirama's illegitimate son.

I've already talked about this, Tobirama chose Hiruzen because he, unlike Danzou, was willing to sacrifice himself for the village like Tobirama is. Danzou's or Tobirama's pragmatism have nothing to do with the choice, so no need for Tobirama to change himself down the road.

Fixed for accuracy. Hashirama's sin was to enable both Madara and Tobirama instead of having the cojones to impose himself. But, if it wasn't for Madara's foolish pride clouding his judgment, Konoha and its relation with the Uchiha wouldn't have turned to shit.
