Hello everyone, I've decided that I'm going to create a fanfic based on one of my ideas for a character in Naruto. I am also looking for a few characters to put into the story along with him, because I need an interesting cast if I'm going to get anywhere in the RP, this is kind of long but I think that some of it is necessary since I like to be overdescriptive most of the time.

Name: Kumizu no Kagizu (Kagizu of the Black Water)

Physical Description: Six feet and one inch tall, weight is undeterminable, even though he looks about as slim as could be, and is probably vastly under the average weight for his age and height. Kind of muscular, even though it’s only noticed when he fights because his sleeves are long. Covering his forehead, normally, there is a large straw hat with beads in the front that hang down and cover certain parts of his face, with his special designs on it of red drops of water, which obscures his headband most of the time, but if you were to look underneath, you would find a Konoha headband turned upside-down with a vertical slash through it, symbolizing that he is no longer a Konoha shinobi. His hair is a pure dark gray in color and slicked back so that it is literally stuck down to his head, and his eyes are bright blue and seem to somewhat glow, this is probably due to the fact that he has attained a chakra supply so huge that it visually manifests itself in his eyes. His face is normal, his nose is average size and his ears smaller than average.

The main part of his outfit is a black long-sleeved trench coat with a red shirt underneath it; he is able to change the designs on it, mainly because it is made of water the same as him, usually though, it has black drops of water spread out across his shirt symbolizing the black water he uses, and the trench coat has red water on it symbolizing blood. He has no gloves at all, and the skin on his hands is rough and dry-looking, which is very strange because of him being made of water. His skin is a kind of pale white mixed with just a little of blue into it, so his skin looks really strange to normal people. The pants he wears are simply black jeans that can also have their designs changed as they are made of water as well; normally they have red drops of water to match his shirt. The shoes he wears are also made of water, and have single red drops of water on them; these are larger than the ones on his shirt and pants. His skin is a slightly tanned color in the exposed parts, but there aren’t very many of these.

Overall, his appearance looks like he is about twenty four years old, and kind of suspicious to see walking around. He is often seen with a strange-looking sword in one of his hands. When he wants to hide his strange looks, he covers his main suit with a light white coat with very long sleeves that obscures his suit entirely, and a small white cloth to cover over his hat.

Personality: As expected from a rogue, violent missing-nin from Konohagakure, one of his most pronounced personality traits is cruelty and evil. He often attacks Konoha for no reason at all; just to cause casualties among their shinobi, quite often has Nidaime himself needed to come to stop him. It is somewhat of a game for him to play with his victims before killing them, often liking to crush limbs instead of actually killing them, or causing pain with his sword that is made of water. Often, he finds himself often being sadistic and laughing at his opponents as they suffer. He never really kills people most of the time, just disables them enough so that they can’t be shinobi anymore, and that they’ll live lives of suffering.

Another strong personality trait of his is his seeming inability to experience any kind of emotion at all, with some exceptions as pleasure when he tortures people. He is never seen with any emotions in his voice at all. All he does to fight, usually, is trap his opponent and crush some of their limbs so that they can’t fight anymore, and then possibly kill them if he thinks they may hinder him later.

One of the strangest things about him is, even though he should hate Konoha for rejecting him as a shinobi due to his bad mental health and his advanced psychopathic disorder. He is actually somewhat of a corrupted patriot, and cares a lot about the state of Konoha and its shinobi. Those were actually the reason for his killing sprees in Konoha, because he didn’t think they were shinobi of decent quality. He only goes to Konohagakure once a year to see if it’s in a right state, often killing at least a few people or shinobi that aren’t doing their jobs.

Weapons:
<I>Kumizu Tsurugi (Black Water Sword) </I>
Kagizu uses his black water to create a special, free-forming sword that can bend at his own will. The blade is unbreakable whenever Kagizu holds it, and he is able to call the sword back to him without any chakra at all, just a simple thought in his mind and the sword flies toward his hand. If anyone else tries to hold the sword, they will be quickly burned and infected by a poison for which the only cure is made when the black water subsides. The sword itself is normally a black cleaver sword that is six feet long and two feet wide, not counting the one foot long hilt which Kagizu holds in one hand. The sword weighs approximately three hundred pounds, yet Kagizu can heave it around in one hand with great ease. The sword is sometimes also used for throwing and bringing back to his hand after it has cut something. This only happens when Kagizu is either knocked out or so far away the black water can’t maintain itself anymore.

Jutsu: Taijutsu is extremely strong, especially with a weapon in hand. Genjutsu is a moderate trait with him; he knows a few of them but not very many. Ninjutsu is where he excels, he has created new Ninjutsu he calls the Baksuiton (Black Water Release), extremely potent versions of their original versions in Suiton Ninjutsu.

<I>All E-Ranked Jutsu</I>
Taijutsu:
<I>Life Gates</I>
His preferred fighting style is Taijutsu, and he has learned to master the forbidden opening of the Life Gates, to increase his physical properties tenfold while fighting with his sword. The effects of the lotus involve taking limiters off of the user’s body. He is also able to effectively open the first lotus gate every fight, and sustain it indefinitely without much strain at all. As of so far, he is able to open only three gates of the lotus, here is the description of their effects:
Opening (Initial) Releases the brain’s limit on strain in the muscles, multiplies strength fivefold.
Rest (Heal / Energy) releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started.
Life is located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.

<I>Hyaku Kirinuki (Hundred Cuts) </I>
B-Rank, Offensive. Range: N/A
This is a result of Kagizu opening the first gate; he lowers his sword and charges. When he is almost right at the opponent, he jumps and slashes apparently once. After he lands, his opponent falls apart, having been slashed an even thirty-two times.

<I>Omote Renge (Initial Lotus) </I>
B-Rank, Offensive. Range: N/A
Kagizu opens the first gate and kicks the opponent into the air, and then appears behind them. He then appears far above them while they are still going up, and kicks them straight in the stomach, he continues kicking until they reach the ground, most of the time dead.

<I>Same Hougeki (Shark Bombardment) </I>
A-Rank, Offensive. Range: N/A
Kagizu’s version of the Primary Lotus, he forces open the second and third gate for immensely increased stamina. After opening the gate and turning completely red as a result, he kicks the opponent into the air and then begins punching them as they go up, making them go higher and higher as if flying up into the air at a rapidly increasing rate. After they are high enough, he kicks them in the stomach and forces them somewhere down near the ground. He then appears behind them and pulls out the Kumizu Tsurugi, holding it outward toward where they will be when they hit it, impaling the victim.

<I>Doukotsu (Structured Body) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive, Supplementary. Range: N/A
This is Kagizu’s special style of Taijutsu, invented by him and loosely based on Konoha’s strong fist style and some of the Akimichi Clan’s multi-size techniques. Since he is made of water, Kagizu can freely manipulate his body’s structure with ease due to his liquid form. He can do things such as strengthen parts of his body, making them harder and therefore delivering a more powerful punch or kick, or increase his overall size and abilities by adding from the water around him. He can also change his body’s form at will, meaning that he could virtually split himself in half to evade an attack. All the style requires is a thought and it works easily. Needless to say, only Kagizu is able to use this style of Taijutsu.

Genjutsu:
<I>Bringer-of-Darkness Technique (Kokuangyo no Jutsu) </I>
A-Rank, Supplementary. Short to mid-range (0-10 meters)
The victim is surrounded in an aura of darkness, allowing the user to attack completely unseen. Nothing with the exception of a Genjutsu release technique could stop this technique.

<I>Mangen: Tsuigoku (Demonic Illusion: Falling Into Hell) </I>
B-Rank, Supplementary. Short to mid-range (0-10 meters)
The victim is surrounded with an illusion that makes them think the sky is red and the ground is black. The ground then breaks away and the victim falls through the floor. During this Genjutsu, the victim cannot move in real life due to fear.

<I>Mangen: Raishuu Same (Demonic Illusion: Attack of the Sharks) </I>
B-Rank, Supplementary. Short to mid-range (0-10 meters)
The user is buried under a massive amount of water, but they can see perfectly. All they see is a ton of sharks coming straight toward them, gigantic sharks that are twenty feet in length and have apparently massive teeth. The sharks are all great white in appearance and the pain created by bites from the sharks is actually felt. The bodily harm, however, is not transferred to the actual person. During the Genjutsu, the opponent’s body does not move.

<I>Mangen: Kyoten Chiten (Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change) </I>
No-Rank, Supplementary. All Ranges.
A Genjutsu reversal technique, the user reverses the Genjutsu back onto the user of the original Genjutsu. The user still maintains the illusion on themselves. The drawback is that it uses a decent amount of chakra; usually Kagizu just uses the Release technique instead of this technique to counter Genjutsu.

The user can negate most basic Genjutsu with a simple hand gesture.

Ninjutsu:
<I>Baksuiton: Baksui Shouha (Black Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave) </I>
No-Rank, Supplementary, Offensive. All Ranges (5+ meters)
The user spits a massive amount of water from their mouth. This technique is able to create an extremely deep lake with which to use water techniques. In Kagizu’s case, he spits black water that can only be used to his Baksuiton Techniques, and not regular Suiton Techniques. The water, if drank, is a poison that can kill within five hours, the only cure is to drink pure water, it also corrupts any other water it touches. The black water also gives off fumes which only Kagizu is immune to, the fumes slowly disable everyone else’s muscles, making them much weaker. Long term exposure to the water can be deadly. The only way the water will go away and turn into pure water is if Kagizu is at least a mile away or if he is knocked out or killed.

<I>Kumizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Black Water Clone Technique)
No-Rank, Supplementary. Short to Long Range (0-35 meters)
The user creates clone(s) of them; the clones have fifteen percent of the user’s power, and are almost totally solid for water. The user doesn’t have to give up any of their power in order to maintain the clones. The clone is only maintainable for certain distances.

<I>Bakksuirou no Jutsu (Black Water Prison Technique) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive, Supplementary. Short range (0-5 meters)
The user can use a large water source to trap the victim in a seemingly inescapable sphere of water. It can also be used to encase certain parts of the body instead of the whole body. In the case of this technique, Kagizu doesn’t need to keep his water inside the sphere, but instead inside the water. This technique is also different in that it slowly constricts, killing the victim if not released in time.

<I>Aizu Oshi no Jutsu (Crushing Water Pressure Technique) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive. All Ranges
This is simply used to speed up the effects of the Black Water Prison Technique, in that it increases the water pressure inside the dome at an extremely rapid rate. As a result, this causes any body part caught inside the dome to completely liquefy. All Kagizu has to do to use this technique is squeeze his hand into a fist near his Black Water Prison.

<I>Baksuiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu (Black Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive. Mid to long range (5+ meters)
A massive spiraling blast of black water is created and fired at an opponent. Requires no water source whatsoever for its use, unlike most Black Water Release Techniques.

<I>Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kuro Suiryudan (Summoning Technique: Black Water Dragon) </I>
C-Rank, Supplementary. Range: N/A
The user can summon a gigantic black water dragon that can fire blasts of black water at the opponent that can cause disease if swallowed. The water is harder than normal water, so it’s able to kill instead of just wound, it’s like being hit with a cannonball. The dragon can also effectively fly, and its user can ride it. Its weakness is that it must have its tail in the water at all times.

<I>Kuro Suishouha (Black Water Wave) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive. Long range (15-25 meters)
Creating a massive amount of black water in front of them and then releasing it, the user can attack the opponent with a nearly unavoidable wave of water. The wave is about thirty feet high and as wide as it is needed to be by its user. No water source is needed for this technique.

<I>Kuro Suijinheki (Black Water Encampment Wall) </I>
No-Rank, Supplementary. Range: N/A
The user spits a continuous jet of water from their mouth and uses it to form a wall in front of them, blocking most attacks. Due to the water being harder and thicker than normal water, it can block stronger attacks.

<I>Baksuiton: Keizu no Jutsu (Black Water Release: Strong Whirlpool) </I>
A-Rank, Offensive. Mid-range (10 meters)
The user swims in a circle around his opponent in an increasing speed, using chakra to twist around the water. The whirlpool never stops until the user releases it, the whirlpool has jets of water that can cut their entire body while the whirlpool continues.

<I>Kumizu Shihai no Jutsu (Black Water Control Technique) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive, Supplementary. All Ranges
The user submerges themselves at the bottom of the black water lake, still able to breathe perfectly and move. They are able to see through all of the water, and manipulate it in any form they choose; they also control water pressure and currents. This does take concentration however, and if concentration is broken the user’s control fails. The water around the controller of the water is thicker and more difficult to swim thorough.

<I>Kumizu Shigure (Black Water Drizzle)
A-Rank, Supplementary. All Ranges
A large, fifty meter in diameter cloud is created, and soon black water begins to rain down from it. The unique thing about this particular black water is that it sticks to its victim’s clothes and skin, slowly draining chakra from them. The rain that hits the ground immediately goes back up into the cloud.

<I>Baksuiton: Nijuu Goshokuzame (Black Water Release: Twenty-Five Eating Sharks) </I>
No-Rank, Offensive. All Ranges.
When an opponent is knocked into the water, twenty-five black water sharks can be created to attack the opponent. The sharks repair themselves after being attacked, because of them being black water inside black water, the same color, they are not seen coming at the opponent and can do the same damage as regular sharks.

<I>Baksuiton: Mizu Jouten no Jutsu (Black Water Release: Water God Technique) </I>
S-Rank, Offensive, Supplementary. Close range (0-5 meters).
A jutsu of Kagizu’s own invention, it twists black water into any shape and form that the user may wish it to be in. The water is also condensed, compressed, and mixed with extra chakra to make it super-hard. Shapes that it could be formed into are limited only by the amount of water around the user, the user’s chakra (which in Kagizu’s case is almost unlimited), and the user’s own imagination.

<I>Kyousei Bakkshouha (Great Black Water Shockwave) </I>
A-Rank, Offensive. All Ranges.
This technique is simply a much larger, more powerful version of Kumizu Shouha. The wave itself is almost as large as some Tidal Waves, standing at almost fifty feet high. The downside of the wave is that it takes a long time to rise up into the air, and in that time it could be easily interrupted.

Chapter 1:

All was well in this fine day, everyone was in their places, and Konoha was following its average, same old same old schedule. People came in and out with almost no problem at all, there just weren’t enough shinobi to regulate the constant flow of people coming in and out of the village, and that was becoming a problem. The village’s crime rate was actually on the rise the more shinobi they got, the more shinobi the more corruption and hunger for power. On top of that, it was rumored that Konoha was in some kind of danger lately, from an unknown source, and there was one person offering to help, and nobody knew much about this guy either. It was also rumored that there was going to be a special strike team to retrieve this man and any helpful information he might carry. There in lied the reason for Kagizu’s visit to Konohagakure…

He had an uneasy history with this place, cast out and forced to become a missing-nin just as he became a Genin, living among bandits for his entire life. That was all behind him now, as was his bad feelings for Konoha. The only trouble was that they might not accept his help, he’d have to be a bit more forceful than he would like in his “suggestion” that he be brought along for the mission to the grass country.

It was easy for him wearing his white coat to mix in with the crowds and walk straight into Konoha unopposed, without so much as being asked his name. The dirt road was annoying to walk one, since if he stood still on the ground too much the water he was made of would be absorbed in the ground, it took a lot of chakra control to prevent himself from falling apart on the ground in the first place, let alone keep himself from getting diffused into the ground.

He walked along the road, trying to take his mind off how much the ground was annoying to walk on. Kagizu spied a restaurant in the middle of the village that had been around for at least 41 years after he was exiled; now that was some business sense. He let his thoughts wander freely as he casually walked into the store and took a booth table by a window, staring out into the distance.

Someone approached him, apparently some kind of woman who apparently went to his table and asked what people would like. His hat obscured his face, so there was no comment about his morbid skin color in this particular woman. “What could I get you?” she asked absentmindedly.

“Some tea, two cups please,” Kagizu said in a calm tone, it took all of his self control to refrain from snapping the nearest neck in the place and then going on a killing spree destroying every single Konoha shinobi he could. His sense of psychopathic destruction was overpowered by his urge to protect the village of Konohagakure, and he continued to speak, taking a deep breath in the process. “And maybe some fruit and vegetables as well.”

“Alright,” the woman said. Kagizu just looked out of the window and waited for her to get back, when another person began approaching him… He saw the man’s outline in the mirror, along with a troubling sign, the man was wearing a Konoha headband meaning he obviously had to be a ninja; Kagizu had to guess Chunin level. Even though Kagizu had been gone for thirty years, he still had the top spot in the bingo books of every single shinobi around after the stunt he pulled from assassinating one of the village’s top shinobi while Nidaime was helpless to stop him. Some say that even though he never touched the Hokage, he left a lasting emotional scar that could never have been healed, looking back it must have been hard for him to see one of his allies fall and him being helpless to stop it. Kagizu had been so lost in thought that he hardly noticed the man come up near the only available entrance to the three-walled booth he was sitting in near the window.

“Are these seats taken?” The man asked in the politest, most calm manner he could muster, Kagizu could tell he was going out of his way to be polite to him.

“Not at all,” Kagizu said. “Sit down.” The man obliged, and soon the woman got back with Kagizu’s tea and a small dish of some fruits and vegetables for him to eat. “Have some of my tea.” Kagizu pushed one of the cups over toward the man, as he grabbed his own cup with his left hand and sipped from it.

“Thank you,” the man said quietly as he began sipping his tea as well. “So, what brings you here to the fine village of Konohagakure?” He clearly had a high opinion of the village, and saying something negative might make him angry, but Kagizu didn’t have anything like that in mind anyway, he too endeared the village he had come from and nothing they did to him could change that.

“I am here to aid Konoha in its troubled times,” Kagizu said, noticing a slight twitch in the man’s reaction after he said it. A switch flipped in Kagizu’s head and he soon realized that not everyone would come out of this situation unscathed in every way, and that possibly that wasn’t the right thing to say at that point in time.

“W… W… Why would you say that?” The man said, his face twitching like mad at the sound of his own voice. “Konoha is in no danger, and even if we were our army of shinobi cannot be defeated.”

“I see,” Kagizu said, eating the last of his fruits and vegetables and drinking the last of his tea. “Well then I have come for a lost cause then. I hope to see you again, friend.” He began walking away, glad that he was wrong and that everyone had left this supposed confrontation unscathed. How was it that Konoha’s shinobi were so fidgety these days? The rumors must have been true, and if they were, it was even more urgent that Kagizu get to Nidaime’s office right away.

He set a steady pace to the center of Konoha, passing the people in the streets as he walk, careful not to attract any more wandering eyes. Hopefully he could get in and out of Nidaime’s office without having to kill or seriously injure everyone.
