Chapter of bleach for anime

What chapter is the anime up to now of the manga?

As hinted at by the topics in this section, last week's chapter was 280. This week's will be chapter 281.

In terms of story progression parallel to anime, I'll check.

They've covered a portion of 229, and everything up to that point. After a bit of preliminary story with Ichigo's training and an Espada meeting, the promised invasion can start. However, the anime makers are probably buying time before then.
