I've already explained why that is the worst possible thing to do as an admin.

Well, when I said that, I was replying to his statement, which was just a general statement to everyone, but since I was the only one saying why they wouldn't work, the statement was really directed at me. And since I took it as him trying to tell me what to do, I said what I said to him.

Why are you angry at me? I was just trying to say that that's not what the thread is for so future people wouldn't go around thinking his a serious discussion/suggestion/debate.

You and I see "listening to the people" as two different things. I mean, when I say "listen to the people," I don't mean go and do everything every single person suggests. Some dude can suggest "o lol we shuld have a hentay section 4 ever1 lol," but that's not the people talking, that's an individual. If an entire mass of people gather and suggest something (or one person suggests something and gains support), chances are that it's a good thing that will make everyone happy, because everyone wants it. True, a mass of people may all come up with one shitty idea, but chances are low. And if those chances do happen to turn up, you need to reason with the people to find some sort of compromise.

To be honest, I'm not sure why people get so pissy about infractions here. For the most part, they are for small minor things where you get 2 points or so. Heck, even if you get enough infractions to get banned you can come back three+ times.

If you get an infraction, it's for a reason. Just try posting BETTER and you won't get any more. If you think it is unjust, you can PM the mod and take it up with them. Still not satisfied? Then talk to Shino... Unless he gave it to you, then you're pretty much shit out of luck.

E-mail verification is turned on, or it should be, unless Tom turned it off yet again. To be honest, there really isn't much need of another admin other than myself. The only thing Admins can do that mods can't, are add/change/delete forum sections, and a few other minor things...and if you've not noticed by now, theres not alot of that going on. So having any more admins is just a waste. The only real reason to warrant another Admin is so they can take care of a situation that requires an admins attention when I'm not arround. Since I'm practically always here, that makes that reason obsolete.

Oh and Shino, Getting another admin would relieve some of the work load from you. Not saying you cant handle, because I of all people know what type of work you can handle. But a little less pressure would do some good.

when was it turned on? cause i see some insane emails sometime >.>;
second admin mainly for ip ban purposes >.>....saves time and also incase you aren't here for a day or more...like backup for anything o.O

If I where admin......Id probably add some monthly events to keep the board interesting....Bring back the radio Show (Semi Weekly) With different NL members coming on as guest voices....Remove all members that have been inactive for more than 1 year....Laugh at all that are below me...(j/k)...probably bring back the Store...but Dumbass Proof it from people....(No changing of others names or subtitles...)...

Add a Roleplaying Forum and probably bring back the NL awards again(I DID IT ONCE BEFORE THEN TOM STOLE IT) And probably laugh at Tom for doubting that I will ever get Mod or admin for that matter...
