Go a little more easy on the Flame Rules, I mean honeslty "n00b" should not be a flame its a freaking universal term and like two friends messing around and saying "oh you idiot" or "your stupid" is not bad at all, I think a Mod should be able to tell the difference between a serious flame like "you fucking faggot" and 2 people joking =/

I think thats the only thing I can think of.

If I were an Admin...I'd probably forget that I am one most of the time. As some...or alot...whatever people have said, Shino does a good enough job. Plus I'm not exactly on that often xD. Other than that I'd probably be a total hardass about the rules.

Well, I would probably organize certain mods for certain sections. Those mods would take care of their own sections carefully, and discuss a new possibilities with the members. For example, the newly suggested Fanfiction section.
Also, I would make other sections have their own sticked threads which can be posted in. For example, something like battlegrounds Code used to make a long time ago.
Well, anyhow, I am too lazy to think of the stuff now, but this forum could use slight changes.
