Too Kai Pai

Okay, here is the scoop, A couple weeks ago, my dad told me that if I found out what the Japanese phrase "too kai pai" means in English, (I am beginning to doubt if there really is such a phrase) then he would give me $50 I have absolutely NO japanese training so i only know a couple of words... If this phrase does not exist, Please tell me so that I dont keep searching like an idiot. Thank you in advance for your responses

Its not in my dictionary and I don't think Miyuki ll find it either. Sorry dude, that 50 buck you coulda had.

HEY...if your that desperate for the money just tell him like some random words like "the from cat" if you do the conversation should be something like this " hey dad i found out what it means but it doesnt make any sense", if he asks you for proof have someone post "the from cat"...but you dont seem like the kind of guy to lie his dad's face...which is good. But you do what you want to do. lol

This doesn't sound regular japanese. This could very well be a type of japanese that's used in the countryside, a word only used in that particular country. Words like "Sou desu nee" would be said "sou da be."
It's very likely this "too kai pai" is a type of word that only country-side peoples would know. Ask your father if he learned this word from his ancestors who were from Japan, and ask him if they were from the countryside. Because "Too kai pai" doesn't even remotely sound original japanese.

... Though that's only my guess. I could be wrong lol

Thanks for the advice but my dad isn't asian at all... No one in my family is (lol) that's why it's such an odd bet.

I honsetly don't think it's Japanese, even country stuff. It sounds far too made up.

Yeah thats what I'm thinkin I really wish it wasnt made up so I could make fifty bucks but what am I gonna do about it
