The Genius FC

This is basically an FC dedicated to the geniuses of the Naruto world. I believe they consist of:

Sasuke
Itachi
Kimimaro
Orochimaru
Kakashi
Neji
Tsunade
Shikamaru - Pending Banners
Kabuto - Pending Banners
Sasori
Sarutobi - Pending Banners
Haku - Pending Banners
Namikaze Minato His banner is here.

I don't believe I'm incorrect with that list, but if you feel I've missed any names, please, let me know so I can add them to the list of geniuses and so I can whip up their own FC banner.

So, the rules for this FC are pretty simple and straight forward.

-No spamming: If I see anyone spamming here, expect your post to be reported.
-No flaming: I'd like to think that the members of this FC can discuss things intelligently without getting heated and shouting nasty things at one another.
-Facts: If we're debating anything in this FC, please, make sure you have any sort of evidence to back up your points. Do NOT, and I repeat, do NOT try to pass off your assumptions as facts. If you do, I'll consider removing you from this FC on the spot. Assumptions are fine, but not during a serious debate.

That pretty much does it for the main rules. If I think of any other rules, I'll update this post with them, or if you feel the current rules are in need of something more, feel free to make suggestions.

I have six banners I've designed based on the six geniuses I've listed above. I don't require that the members of this FC use the banners. I do, however, require that you all at least link to this FC in your signature. There are only two types here that are actually required to carry at least one of the banners: the owner, and the co-owners.

Note: Mods, please don't give me an infraction for the upcoming double post. I'm only doing it so that I can start off the first topic, and post the rest of the banners. Which I can't do so in one post because of the image restrictions here.

Now then, as I said, only the owner and co-owners are required to carry at least one of the banners in their signatures. It can be within spoiler tags, that's fine. Regular members need to at least link to this FC within their signatures, but are also free to carry one of the banners in their signatures also.

First topic: What defines a genius to you all? In the Naruto world, that is. To me, a genius is basically someone who excels naturally at what they do, or what makes them who they are. By naturally, I usually mean they don't need to put as much effort as less talented shinobi into growing as a ninja. That is what I believe defines a genius.

Edit: I've updated some of the banners. They're smaller and some are better looking. Some finally fill in the FC Genius requirement. You can find the posts with the actual updates in these three links...

Hi...This seems like a great Fc you started here and I would like to become a member if thats possible...As for the topic...I believe a Genius in the Naruto world to be the same a Genius in the real world...If your a Genius in the real world then things generaly come to you pretty easily and the same goes for the Naruto world...If you are considered to be a Genius in the Naruto world it's the art of fighting that comes easily...Now as for anyone who was left off of the list I would have to say that Sasori belongs...I believe that he showed himself to be quite the Genius....Possibly Deidara...He too seems like a Genius but somting in the back of my mind keeps screaming no not him so im not sure...But then again it's not up to me...

You're right on some parts. I agree that Haku, Deidara, Kabuto, and Tsunade are geniuses. I'll get to work on their banners this evening. Not so sure about Sakura, Sasori, or Zabuza, though. I don't consider them geniuses, however, you are a co-owner, and I'll take that into account. Why do you view those four as geniuses?

I think Lee was stated to be a genius of hard work. I may be wrong on that, but I remember it for some reason. I may add him to the genius list. If anything, I'd think he'd be more of a genius than Gai, strictly because he's reliant on taijutsu alone. That means he focuses solely on that. Gai prefers to use taijutsu, but he also does other things.

lol Nicely put. I view Deidara is some what of a genius, even though I always bust his chops.

Also, do you guys think I should also add Shikamaru to the list?

I was thinking that myself...I mean he is definitely a Genius when it comes to strategy and analyzing situations...However I don't think that he has the overall fighting ability to stand up to any of the other fore mentioned Geniuses so as painful as it is to say because I do think quite highly of Shikamaru...Im gonna have to say no...

Well, remember, he did take down an Akatsuki member.

Even though, it was the dumbest one of the bunch.

Note: no one include any of the banners in their signatures. I need to resize them, so if you already have a signature image, and include one of the banners, you may end up with an infraction.

Hmm a Genius would be like Taijiya~sama said someone who excels in the art of shinobi and someone who is very strategic (sp?) and knows the right time for most things and can solv problems (all types) easily and have it come to a good conclusion

Oi, this seems interesting.
I though none FC would be fitting enough for me beside The Akatsuki FC, but I would like to join this one as well ^^
If there is a place for a co-owner, I would possibly like to be one (based on what my job would be, since I am quite lazy ).
Now, as for your questions, I will answer them the best I can:
-A genius is someone who has a natural talent for simply being a shinobi, and can overcome shinobi obstacles with greater ease. A genius has to be quite intelligent, and would need the ability to learn much faster than an average shinobi. A prodigy, in other words.
-I would suggest putting Sasori on the list. If Kimimaro is there, then Sasori definitely deserves getting on the list as well. He is a person who completely dedicated himself to becoming what shinobi was said to be - a perfect weapon. Sasori already toyed with his parents in his early age. He took out the strongest Kazekage in history of Sunagakure. He had Kabuto as his minion.

Nothing else comes to my mind at this moment of what should I write,so meh

Hmm a genius is someone who excells and grows extremly fast in the art of shinobi that is. For an example sasuke and naruto both trained under Sannin however sasuke proved to have excelled faster than the 2 and grew stronger because of being a genius.
