All you're trying to prove is that Chidori is worthless by the look of your post. If you hit someone with a good Chidori in the right spot, they're dead. Yeah, but the chance of a non-Sharingan user hitting someone with the Chidori is a slim chance to none.

Actually, we do know that.

It's stated that the reason the Chidori was considered an incomplete jutsu was because when it's being executed, the user cannot predict/see/react to the opponents counter attack. Once the Chidori user gets going, they must continue in a rough straight line; and if they deviate from the straight line it's a miniscule correction. Therefore, a Sharingan user can predict their opponents counter attack, and use the Chidori accordingly.

u don't necessary have to run and use the chidori cuz if u remember in the kakuza fight kakashi he didnt run he stood there and countered kakuza's attack, kakashi mention that wen he was a lil kid but since he is older i bet he has completed it espically sasuke since he has been using it for a while and that is his main attack

Like u`i said, you don't have to run to use the Chidori at all times. During the final Sasuke vs. Naruto, Sasuke just stood there and used his Chidori on Naruto.

But Trey has a very good point.

It is NOT an incomplete technique. Just because it's not perfect does NOT mean that it's INCOMPLETE without the Sharingan. You can't predict or see your opponent's counterattack in Taijutsu, so you're calling all Taijutsu incomplete without the Sharingan? Bullshit.

You don't need to continue in a straight line, what makes you think that? Just because it's been used like that before doesn't mean it needs to be like that. It's never been stated, there's no proof, and therefore it is assumed it's not true. Especially since it's just totally illogical. Why would it require you to run in an absolute straight line?

Fully ignoring the fact that what you're reading on any wikipedia site is public opinion. It's what other people write down. Unless you're Masasi Kishimoto, you do not know for sure what is and is not true about the Narutoverse. Just because something is done a certain way, doesn't mean that's the only way it can be done.

For example: Everyone who plays halo 3 has liked it. Well, that doesn't mean that it's the only way it can be done. (not intending to offend, it was just what popped into my head first).
