I said that"Sasuke and Jiraya not at his level" so Sasuke will obtain that in future and Jiraya some kind of teleportation but you can't regret that madara(Tobi) do the same jutso if ran away of that explode is not teleport what should I call that!!??

OMFG nobody knows thunder god except yondaiem becasue he was the only one who knew he created that jutsu sasuke will never learn it cause he alreradyb has the regular sushinn no jutsu which almost everyone above genin level can do it's just how good you use it.

Thunder god is a special jutsu that uses a special KUNAI WITH A SEAL a seal and akunai only the 4th has or had nobody else has them because he is the only one who made them.

Madara is a different story and no he didn't use thunder god because you need a special KUNAI THAT NOBODY HAS BECASUE ONLY THE 4TH COULD MAKE THEM GET IT NOW.

Sasuke uses sushinn no jutsu it's a jutsu that let's you move very quick and you can see it becasue smoke is involved thuinder god when uses nobody can see it or notice it becasue it's moving at the speed of LIGHT. Jiraiya uses the same thing sushinn no jutsu just like sasuke,But nobody know thunder god damn it and go back a page it descirbes thunder god and how the 4th hokage was the greatest because i showed proof.

id have to say the 4th hokage was the strongest considering he was hokage so young and considered the greatest shinobi ever produced in konoha. dont get me wrong the 3rd was also great judging from what we have seen of him and his reputation in the village. however although we havnt seen the 4th do much, he was said to have been a main reason why they won there war against the earth village. also saying the third was tough cause he did the death reaper jutsu 3 times is completely incorrect. he performed it once on three targets is all and even if you consider that to be amazing the 4th sealed the 9 tailed fox away in naruto and that demon fox probably had more power and chakra then the other hokages tenfold...

I know that Yondaime make thunder god and yes he is strongest kage ever,but I'm not mean kunai,I mean body transfer.
about Jiraya think again,maybe it's not Thunder god but it can't be shushin,for the God sake he suddenly apear in another country!!
every advanced sharingan user can use Thunder God(Sasuke at this level can't use that and you right it's shushin)but Madara and Itachi can use that.
you want me prove it so how Tobi(Madara) could escape from Deidara self explosion!?the answer is Thunder God.

3rd didn't defeat Oro, but Yodaime would beat the shit out of him in a second.
He has a natural talent, he fought Kyuubi and defeated him(in a way), he created Rasengan, he is much stronger than 3rd and that's why he became the 4th hokage.

Yep, Yodaime is the strongest hokage.

Hey, how's it going? Sorry to bother you but something was bothering me about the Kunais and just how deadly Hiraishin no jutsu really was? I mean, after all, it's a teleportation jutsu and being so, there has to be a delay in there, right? So, even though he took out 50 of those guys, he still needed the four other Leaf Shinobi to throw those Special Kunais around for Yondaime to teleport too and attack from. So I was just googling Hiraishin no jutsu and I came across a very nice and thorough detailed explanation of the jutsu here:

I suggest you read that and see how "powerful" that jutsu really is.

Now that I got Hiraishin no jutsu out of the way, he was a genius right? The 3rd was the professor, who happen to taught some "knuckled headed Naruto type" named Jiraya who eventually train the Fourth. Granted, Genius is still Genius, a lot of his teachings came down the pipeline from the Third.

Now any great master will always humble themselves, why? Because they are never the type to seek fame, fortune, glory or anything of that nature. In his case he wanted to pass down his wisdom and teachings and to secure a bright, safe and strong future. In his doings, he did so and the Fourth is a product of his wisdom and teachings passed down.

If I we were ever to see a fight between the two, my money is on the 3rd. He's the Professor and would easily avoid Hiraishin no jutsu and have several counters to deploy at his disposal.

This is my opinion, yes the Fourth is an awesome guy and I want to know more. From what I have seen from the manga and anime, I personally feel the 3rd is stronger than the 4th.

Hmm i have to say Sarutobi at his prime.He could kill orochimaru back in the cave but he choose not to do so.He knew every ninjutsu in konoha and could have killed orochimaru if he was that old.Yondiame was very young when he died so i can't say him to be honest i don't consider him a kage.He stayed to this position for a short time.I think him as a hero and a great shinobi.

I agree completely on this. This link just proved the weaknesses of Yondaime's "Great Jutsu". I never doubted that Yondaime could be the strongest, but this jutsu has plenty of flaws just like any other jutsu does. The guy who typed that link, researched every thing about Yondaime's Great jutsu and found that it wasn't as great as it was said to be. As i said earlier in this thread, my pick was Sarutobi, Sandaime, because i based my pick off of what we have seen from the Hokages, and we have only seen three Hokages go all out. Sandaime was my obvious pick, and now that link makes me even more sure about my pick.

As I said earlier as well, from what I have personally seen and as others, we've only seen 3 Hokages go all out. Two of which were resurrected and were under Oro's control. The Third kicked some butt for a losing battle and he went down in a honorable way. The Third is my vote for the strongest Hokage.
