OK, I would like to join because Hinata is the best female character in the Narutoverse.
So ... where to start?

Best scene:
Encouraging Naruto when he was on the way to arena, before the 2nd part of chuunin exam. It was just the way Naruto needed to hear in that moment and she was the only one able to say right words.
Similar to a real life, in the moments when we are facing difficult situations sometimes, all that we need, is someone to stand by our side.

Profession
I guess doctor. With her byakugan she could be a real life saviour. Making accurate diagnose almost instantly. And she is really tender and caring.

Doctor's good, but I don't think she has the nerves of steel to deal with gore. I don't know, maybe, maybe not. If somebody proves me wrong, I'll gladly listen.

Every ninja, willingly or not, had to see some bloody scenes in their line of job. It's simply the nature of what they do, they are. Although we did not seen it, in manga or anime, in her ninja carrier she must have had many missions, and certainly some of them was battles with rival ninjas that includes serious injuries, blood and dying. I believe she could sustained it.

On the second thought, maybe medicine would not be her first choice.

ganelon, if you're gonna say something like "every ninja", you have to at least think about what you're saying. There's a difference between watching someone die, and performing an autopsy on a body that's too warped for friends and family to recognize. In my books, the word 'gore' does not relate to a gash or nosebleed. I'm talking about some serious napalm burns, where the skin is turned into burnt jelly-like meat, and slides off the muscle and bone on slightest contact. Or somebody's belly is sliced open, making the guts erupt in a flow of blood and screams. Be careful with your points; the only advantage doctors have over the ninja's comrades, is that they usually don't know the person they're operating on, but that's all out the window when they have to confront friends and family of the deceased. Doctors have it off much worse than field ninjas when it comes to requirements for nerves of steel.

INC, nurse and doctor are not the same thing. But now that you mention it, Nurse is more of a Hinata thing to be.
