For now, I think I'll go piss some blood and/or other fluids that shouldn't be pissed out.

In the meanwhile, consider what the biggest challenge Naruto and Hinata would have to come across. There are a number that could be listed (Hiashi, goals, characteristical contradiction, etc...) If you can, list as many as you could think of, and give your opinion on which is the biggest.

I think that her father would be the biggest...

other problems: finding time
naruto being inept at dating
other nosy people
Jiraiya (lol. not really)
i dunno....kiba? some people think that he has a crush on Hinata...i don't personally...
personality is at the end of the list. I think that they would compliment each other beautifully.

Hiashi, like all the elders of Konoha, will think of Naruto as the Jinchuuriki. If Hiashi were to find out Naruto and Hinata were dating, the possibility of apocolypse would rise 78% in two seconds.

I have a feeling that when Naruto becomes Hokage, he'll be married to Hinata, who renounced her title, and then Naruto and Neji do away with the head-branch system.

no. we got passed that. we are talking about....barriers to the pairing happening, besides the current stalemate between Naruto's thickheadedness and Hinata's shyness.

in fanfic news: i only have one more exam to go and after that my weekend will revolve around time to relax, time to work on graduate school apps, and time to write on the fanfic again...new chapter should be out sometime on Sunday

@topic: Hiashi and the hyuuga elders would probably be the largest problem for their relationship. we only saw the influence of the elder(s) when hizashi ended his life during the altercation with kumo. hiashi intended to stop hizashi and the elder spoke along the lines of how it had already been decided and that "this is what the branch family is for" so i'm sure there would be some argument from the elders in terms of exactly who is allowed to court hinata.

as for neji, he obviously respects naruto and the respect for hinata is implied; however, even if that's the case, he's probably still protective of her like any older relative would be...still not a major problem, probably more humorous than anything else though

i think if hinata and naruto got into a relationship it would not be a problem for her father because he views her as useless, but the other elders may disapprove

In my opinion the biggest problem would be hiashi. However, i'm also thinkin that Hinata, being the Hyuuga Heir, Naruto being the Hokage (hopefully) they'd have zero time to be with eachother. There would be no time for them to do the "Hey Hey" and have a crazy cross breed Hyuuzumaki child.

Now that i think about it more, all the Gaara/Hina fans, Sasu/hina fans, Kiba/hina fans, Shino/hina fans, Naru/Saku fans, Naru/Sasu fans, and beleive it or not, Sasori/Hinata fans (yes, they exist) would be the biggest problem. They'd hunt down kishi and lynch him for not making their pairings. Then the story would be shot. SO NARUHINA FANS UNITE AND PROTECT KISHIMOTO-SAMA!!!! WAAAARRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is purely hypothetical btw.
