Well if you wanna say it like that it's more like Characters,who're evil,with crazy powers always die out to plot. At least thats how it is in Bleach. I personally never complainend that much about ichigos power up because at that point it was more logical for me that ichigos hollow takin over because he doesnt want to die then naruto and his genkidama rasengans. (don't get me wrong Naruto needed that powerup with the Sage Mode and its awesome,but Genkidama Rasengans where a bit too much in my point of view) anyway maybe there is some way with kidou to defeat him,because I remember some spoilers saying chuncky would be defeated by singing and that really wasnt the case.

Something will works, they'll figure it out somehow. Look at Szayel's abilities, there's a way to counter all his abilities and this time with barragan of course there will be a way to counter it. There's a reason why He's only #2, stark's much stronger than him, he can shoot 1000 cero at one time, and he moved so freakin fast, he can pwn barragan with ease. There's 99 kidos to be used, if the barrier didnt works another kido will works. The real fight has just begun.

And is it true tht Hitsugaya's thinkin to fight Aizen?

Barragans ability seems to be just a high level Kido like the other espada #7 who could control any part of a persons body with one of his eyes. However, Byakuya used a higher level Kido and canceled his out which is probably what hachiis going to do to barragn since hes a Kido master. Then soi fon will probably fly over wipe him out of existence.
