I need a pro to do me a banner.. i would really appreciate it

I want it the same size and with the same design as this image:

If you cant do it with the same design then no problem, just make a banner with the same size as that one 8D

Anyway if you dont want to do it like this could you make a creative one cause the forum is about graphics ect 8D
