Well, seeing how there's some many things to be talked about when it comes to Pain, why not have a complete thread that's dedicated to any and everything about him (and some speculations, of course). I'll try to have a mod sticky this thread to make it official.

Well, I guess I'm sort of confused at the moment with Pein having called Jiraiya his sensei. So, my theory is that the other kid on the left side of the picture is Pein's ORIGINAL true form, and the bodies we've seen him in are just his pods and stuff. So the one we usually see him in could be his Akatsuki business that doesn't involve fighting body.

Also, Tobi/Madara ordered him to go get the Kyuubi, so we should see that sometime soon.

Pein is Minato Namikaze's (Yondaime) son. Since Kushina had red hair like Pien and was Minato's wife then Jiraiya would no Pien because Jiraiya was Minato's Sensei. Therefore Jiraiya taught Pien just like he is teaching Minato's other son Naruto.

There is a flaw in your theory not only is it wrong but,jiraiya left the village after orochimaru to go and keep track on him thiswas said by tsunade sarutobi was still hokage back then which means yondaime was still jounin pein is around the same age as kakashi there is no way minato had a son 14 years before he had naruto no way get it. quite frankley i am getting sick of these pein=yondaime and minato's son theory i heard enough of them on nf and now here.

Could it be possible that Pein is the brother of Kushina. Kushina was from the Whirlpool which could be somewhere around the Rain Village or in it. Pein is a Rain ninja. They both supposedly have Red(Kushina) or Orange(Pein) hair. This could also be how Jiraiya knows Konan and Pein. Konan could have been a friend of Kushina's. It would make some sense for them all to know each other.

That...I'm not sure of. Unless each body is a different jutsu user, that'd make sense. Like, suppose one of them is a Katon kind of body, then the other is Suiton, and so on. Or maybe each has a different ability. O.O

Otherwise, if that's not true...there's no frickin' use that comes out of having six different bodies you can use. It's like having six different watches and wearing one that matches your outfit.

mabye the body pein's in now is his ture body.....and the one he use to be in was a fomer rain-nin.....and he used him to get into the rain country in the first place

What katonoha said might work but then again there is another flaw,he called jiraiya sensei which means he had to be from the leaf village or at least seen him before and he did say "i have no love for him anymore"so that means he has to be the kid in mianto's team or some other team jiraiya taught but jiraiya only taught konoha nin so there is no way kushina and pein are related andfuk it all together pein is not related to anyone that has anything to do with naruto becasue of age timeline and place.

I agree with the whole Rain villae and Whirlpool were close and for the 4th to get a girl pregnant there, at least once, there was some clear interaction between the two villages. They are basically neighbors. If Naruto's mom was know by the 5th Hokage and Jiraiya from a young girl to an adult, the two villages clearly had a close relationship. I would also think that the 4th and possibly Jiraiya spent time in their village as well.

I would think that Konoha, especially the Sannins would be welcomed in the Rain village once Konoha won the war, supposedly, and a truce was declared. Hanzou just honored the Sannin with the tile of the Konoha Sannin. A truce had to be made eventually. I dont think that Hanzou would have done anything dishonerable after seeing the legendary 3 in action and giving them such an honerable title. Jiraiya would be respected over there, and he could have built relationships who saw fit to call him sense like Ibiki called Jiraya sensei.

Somebody pointed out that Naruto called Yamato and Asuma Sensei. Jiraiya may have helped them with their training one time, maybe more, and they could still call him sensei. Jiraiya could have lead their team on a mission one day under extreme circumstances, or came to their team's rescue back in the day. Jiraiya may have had a relationship with them like Iruka sensei had with Naruto.

But Pein resembles the 4th and he looks younger than the pictures we have seen of the fourth. Maybe not. Everybody sees something different. But I dont think that he has the exact facial structure of the 4th when the 4th was alive. Pein also resembles Naruto.

What if Pein hasnt yet shown his true body, and he is the boy in the pucture. What if he is Konohamaru's father. Sarutobi's eldest son. What happened to Konohamarus parents? One would expect great things grom the son of the Hokage, eventhough Asuma seemed like an average ninja, and he died.

I keep calling him Sarutobi's son because the kid in the picture has the outfit Sarutobi wore when fighting Orochumaru, and the kid has Sarutobis hairline. A unique hairline. Unique hairlines are typically genetic and inherited. Of course Saruto would want his son trained by Jiraiya. U see how he had a special teacher for his grandson before his grandson was even in the academy.

He is not the only person who wears clothes like that itachi has a shirt just like that ,jiraiya wore the same thing back in the day,all aka were shirts liek that now that i think of it except sasori and oro.

And were did you get that it was sarutobi's son lol asuma is the only son he had and until shown otherwise thats it you cannot assume things like that and state them as facts.
