Just a little Akatsuki theory

15 years ago, Orochimaru left Konoha and he joined Akatsuki soon after.
The leader of Akatsuki was highly interested in kinjutsus developed by Orochimaru (immortality & edo tensei) so Orochimaru soon became an important member. However Oro didn't intend to share his knowledge, his true goal was to slain the Akatsuki leader and gain control of the organization.

7 years ago Orochimaru finally completed the immortality Jutsu and took control of a stronger and younger body (his own body was 43yo), the time had come for Orochimaru to defy the Boss. However the Akatsuki leader was much stronger than he thought, he is a Sharingan Master and has the abilities of the elite Uchiha, Orochimaru was heavily beaten and wounded to near death, he could still manager to escape (he's a specialist when it comes to escape after being beaten to death)

Now Orochimaru needs to take another body and since he needs the ability of the Uchiha to counter the leader, he's particularily aiming at Itachi the young Uchiha genius. However he needs a lot of men to enter Konoha so he founds the hidden village of sound and start recruiting skilled nins everywhere like Kabuto and Kimimaro...

Meanwhile, the Akatsuki leader hears about Orochimaru's plans. He also needs a ninth member to replace Orochimaru and Itachi would be a good candidate.

About one years later Itachi has to take an ultimate mission to be confirmed as an ANBU squad leader at age 13!! During the mission, the Akatsuki leader takes control of Itachi's mind with whether Tsukiyomi or a Sealed Youma. He opens him to the Mangekyou Sharingan and command him to slain his clan. Killing 2 birds with one stone: testing Itachi abilities and preventing Orochimaru from acquiring the sharingan.

However something deep into Itachi 's mind prevents him from killing Sasuke who he believes is the only one able to kill the leader of Akatsuki and take revenge for the clan. He makes Sasuke an avenger and that's Orochimaru's last chance...

So wut u think? is it possible?

my quick and dirty theory is that Akatsuki leader released the Kyuubi and now they want it back.

I say you're a pretty interesting guy for coming up with something that believeable and possible. But oddly enough, I don't think so. The leader of Akatsuki is a Hidden Mist nin, not from Konoha or any relation to the Uchiha clan. I guess that more or less offsets your entire theory. And no, he didn't get any Uchiha eyes.

heres another about the members,
So far the members we seen so far have unique body parts and appearance in akatsuki
Itachi is an unique member becuz of his sharingan eye
Kisame: his face of course
Sasori: His/Her hand palm with a mouth
Deidaro has a tail.
Fly Trap Guy: has dat thing around his head

yeah my firend on NF made it and wanted me to show it. i messed with it abit to make it more believe able because the way her wrote it he made it seem kinda unbelievable and crazy

As far as I remember, Orochimaru never joined Akatsuki. Did he ever say that, and if so, in which comic?

Also, does Akatsuki really HAVE a leader? From the little we've seen of their group dynamics, it seems like a very democratic sort of organization, even though Orochimaru DID say something about Itachi being some sort of high ranking member.

Although the last part about some sort of mind control on Itachi is intriguing- not the least of which being that it explains his sudden decision to exterminate his clan- where did your friend get the information to come to this sort of conclusion? Certainly, there is no evidence that I've observed that leads me to believe he is acting on any impetus other than his own. Not that I wholly discredit the theory, but it just seems like a lot of supposition on little evidence.

Well.,firstly.,Itachi didnt say that "he wanted to see of he could"...wut he say is "he wanted to test his ability after obtaining the Mangekyou Sharingan...And for Kakashi..,yess.,he has the Sharingan.,but he doesnt carry the Uchiha Bloodline Limit.,which means he couldnt use his sharingan as well as Itachi or sasuke...So what's the point for Orochimaru to possess Kakashi...Orochimaru is looking for the PERFECT Uchiha Body...
Itachi didnt control anything when he didnt kill Sasuke.,it just that he wants sasuke to be strong and be able to kill him one day..

yes orochimaru was in akatsuki once but he quited it because he was weaker the the other members.he said it in some episode.can`t remember which one

he did not actullaly say that. he said,"itachi is stronger than me.if i had gotten rid of him in the first place then i would not be in this position.but that is an impossible dream now,thats why i need sasukes body."thhose are his words from ep like 83 84 85 or 86 one of them.and thats the truth i rest my case

Hahaha..,didnt u know that after transfering into a new container.,orochimaru has to wait another three years to move into a new one....By that time..,Akatsuki has already done wif sucking out the Kyuubi from Naruto...so there's no way Orochimaru can destroy Akatsuki...
Regarding to Sasuke...,he might be able to awaken the Mangekyou.,so that makes a worthy opponent...If it was u..,do u really want to be killed by someone that is weaker than you..????..That'll be embarrasing..Itachi has a pride too and there's nothing about smoking weed or something...its just nonsense....
