In my prediction, I've said that Nagato could be a descendant of a powerful Godlike clan who later gone extinct years and years back. The way Jiraiya felt when he saw Nagato's eyes, gives hint that he heard about such ability in the past. Perhaps Nagato is the lone survivor of his clan and he some how winded up with two other orphans due to war. Maybe once this power is awakened, its always active, so when Nagato understood fear, his power awakened and through pain, his power is the strongest. I believe Nagato gained his motivation and leadership skills from Yahiko, but the suffering and turmoil state of his reality pushed him to become Pain.

Hm, pein's eyes? I think they are some kind of kekkai genkai that someone that Jiraya encountered in the past he knew or somthing. On chapter 372 at the end Nagato or the guy with the y name had those eyes and Jiraya was shocked, because of them and he was shocked by the fact that he defeated a chunin stone ninja. Nagoto/y's eyes must not be something to mess with. And I wonder if pein's old family was from a clan that had a kekkai genkai stronger than sharigon. The only reason I think its not is because Pein and Konan were being ordered by Tobi, who I think is gonna push pein to far and is gonna get killed. Tobi/ Mandara is just taking his place as founder of the Uchiha clan a little bit over the top, because he must be claiming to be stronger than Pein ordering him around. Tobi isn't the strongest of aktsuki, but he can't be the weakest either. Also he can't be that strong of a sharingon user because he was a subbordanite of the cool Zetsu. Also Tobi only has one sharingon, Itachi could kill him in a battle, and Itachi has ms, and I don't think Tobi has ms because he's just the first. Also, i read on wikipedia that on one of the latest chapters Sasuke and Itachi are going back to that place thats in the Uchiha clans town, what could that place be?
(Sorry about the long post and little change of topic.)

If itachi and sasuke are going back to ware there clan was lokated then there most likley going to that secret room ware that scroll with the secret of the sharingan is.

Yeah, thats the place that i mentioned. I think Itachi might let Sasuke kill him or he'll try to make up his mistake or somthing.No, Itachi's not like that, what could they be doing in that place? Maybe he'll show Sasuke somthing thats in the scroll and maybe it'll have somthing to do with why he really killed his own clan, maybe if you had killed your whole clan you could get some special kind of sharingon or..I just have a lot of thoughts in my head that I can't explain.

Its hard to tell exactley what they'll do there... but we all know it will eventualy lead to a big battle.

Well maybe Itachi and Sasuke will just duke it out, I don't think the hideout has any secret scrolls or anything... We can assume the hideout was place in which the Uchiha clan could formulate plans secretly to launch the surprise attack on the opponents, we don't know if the actual place has deep meaning, but we'll see.

The hide out probabley does'nt have any secret scrolls, but it did have that one scroll roled out on a table, and in a flash back itachi toled sasuke it had the secrets of the sharingan on it.

Oh yeah, it would be implied to learn more about the sharingan, but don't we have enough info, maybe not? By the way Tobi/Madara was waiting on top of the statue in which talking about Sasuke's development, so he's going to be watching the grand Uchiha fight if you ask me... I wonder what's his deal and why he is so obsessed about Sasuke all of a sudden...

Ultimate Ninja Nidaime

I think it's Madara who wants to have Sasuke and Itachi at the hide out. We already heared that Madara needs two other Sharingan users to accomplish his goal (of getting unlimitedly strong or something like that...). Maybe he'll appear out of nowhere when Sasuke and Itachi arrive there and will try to make Sasuke join his plan.
