Oh, thanks I love it, but no, I think that it will keep being pased down from person to person, but I don't think that it will be a keekei genkai. If it were to be a kekkei genkai, how would that work?

Because a kekkei genkai is somthing a whole clan has masterd and uses. So maybe if somtime in the futer an Uzumakki clan has been born and they can all do the rasengan, then it'd be considerd a kekkei genkai. lol

Oh, I had thought you were saying that the rasengon could be turned into a kekkei genkai, not that it would be the jutsu of a special kekkei genkai. Well now that you say that, yeah maybe it would be probably the main jutsu of the clan or somthing like that.

Maybe some day it could be turned into a special bloodline trait, probley not a d.jutsu. But it would be kind of cool. XD

The Special One

Hmm... I don't know, maybe she just likes to use origami. Mayber her chakra is so finely manipulated, that she could mold her chakra into paper to form origami. This could mean that Konan has chakra manipulation that may even rival that of Tsunade. I'd say Konan has great mastery of her chakra, so she is able to pull of feats such as sharpening paper so that it damages her opponent. I wonder, has Konan's body really become paper?

The Rasengan was deemed the second hardest jutsu to master, but those who can manipulate their chakra to the highest level, can learn and develop the jutsu. Not many people can learn the jutsu, which is assumed because not all ninja become as talented when it comes to manipulating chakra. Kakashi knows the Rasengan, he basically learned it from his teacher Minato.

Jiraiya learned the jutsu from his pupil Minato and Jiraiya passed it on to young Naruto. Rasengan itself is not a kekkei genkai, but perhaps an Uzumaki can better excel at learning the jutsu.

Here is a little thought on this from me:

Maybe an Uzumaki has an easier time understanding how the Rasengan works, due to their spiraling chakra system. Although that's just a theory of mine, stating that one characteristic of an Uzumaki clan member, is that their chakra spirals irregularly than that of a normal ninja. But that's just a theory I've made in the past.

Naruto being half Uzumaki, probably allowed him to rotate his chakra to learn how to perform the Rasengan quicker. Now the natured manipulated Rasengan could be another story. Although I would not call it a kekkei genkai, but its something that's quite unique. Usually its hard for most ninja too use nature and form manipulation as a set, but once its done, the ninja's overall attack power increases by leaps and bounds. Rasengan on the otherhand is the highest form manipulation possible, so it was hard for even Minato to add his natured chakra into the Rasengan.

Kakashi could not do it, so he said it was impossible for him, but he believed that Naruto was the only one who could complete the jutsu. So maybe Naruto's natural bloodlines and mastery of the Rasengan, allowed him to further complete the Rasengan. Namikaze was Minato's last name, and it meant Wind wave, Uzumaki means spiraling, whirlpool, etc. So maybe Minato's great affinity towards wind manipulated chakra and Kushina's spiraling chakra, allowed Naruto to fuse both together to form wind manipulated Rasengan...

Sure you can join! And every one who talked about the rasengan being a kekkei genkai, what if he maries Hinata. Then narutos stamina and ability to do the rasengan would be passed down along with the byakugan. Then his children would have some new, evolved kekkei genkai. lol
