Here's the two possibilities:

A) Nobody is watching those things. They're there for if something big happens and then they can review them. Other than for that, they'll never be watched.

B) They've got one schmuck watching them and he probably is only doing it on the side. Just don't do something really lame in front of them. ...Option A also applies here too.

my high school has cameras at the end of every hallway.Like my dumb history teacher lets just go to the bathroom but tells us we only have 2 min. if it's pass 2 min. she says shes gonna go to the room where all the cameras are and see wat took us so long to come back to class...spying -_-"

it's quite useless...hrmm...

B: ok heres where we have ours 2 in front of our trophy case 1 in the entrance of the school 1 in front of the art room and a couple more upstairs as well.

At my old school they had security cameras at all the entrances. You can't get in or out without the security seeing you. Makes it extremely difficult to cut class and go hang at the mall. lol
