I just want to know how far away is the manga to the anime? I have not read the manga I only ask cause I have heard some awsome shit is going down. Like Naruto vs sasuke II and Naruto vs Orichmaru. Please do not spoil

Quite far. Where is the anime right now? They just finished saving Gaara and are going back to the village yes? Has Sai been introduced? Either way, it's still pretty far.

Well Sai is just about to be introduced.... and in the manga they already found sasuke the part that you saw in the episode 1, naruto fought with orochimaru, and many other things, so yes it's really far away... maybe like 10 or 15 episodes....

Way more. On average an episode is barely 2 chapters. Maybe 1.

Yeah it's a complete arc or at least the most part of it.... so maybe like 20 or 30?

Ok, so basically... the manga is at chapter 376 currently and the anime's current plot corresponds to just about chapter 280 in the manga. In other words, the anime is very, very far behind the manga.

And if you're trying to put that into episodes, I'd say about 45-50 (basing that on the 2 chapters per episode idea).

I'm guessing it'll take about 30 episodes to get where the manga is.

</SPOILERS>

First, is the Sai and Yamato introduction.
Second, is the travelling.
Third, is the Kabuto meeting.
Fourth, is the 4-Tails vs Orochimaru.
Fifth, is the get back Sasuke arc.. I think.
Sixth, return to Konoha.
-Death of Orochimaru-
Seventh, element training.
Eighth, Hidan and Kakuzu arc.
Ninth, find Itachi to find Sasuke arc.
Tenth, Sasuke vs Deidara.

BLAH BLAH
you get the picture right?
Actually after calculating all that.
It will probably take.. 40-50 episodes?
Seeing how only 1 arc, which was dragged excessively long, lasted for around 27 episodes..
And with around 2-4 arcs to go to catch up to the manga..
HELL! It might even take longer than 50 episodes!

So in short. 40-50+ episodes should do it.

To make it short: The manga is way behind the anime, 85 filler episodes did their best to achieve that. Also most shippuden episodes only cover one chapter, which means that the anime is pretty slowly chasing up to the manga.

Next episode seems to contain more than one chapter since the preview shows scenes of two different chapters and last chapter ended just in tune with a chapter (Sai's introduction).

Shippudden start from 245 on manga and end at 281 untile episode 32 (36 manga)and now we are at episode 376 on manga,95 manga left,I think approximately we should see anime reach here(376)by 70 episodes!

Uhm... i think every TV Episode from now on will cover 2 chapters of the Mange, since we have seen scenes from 2 Chapters in the Shippuuden 33 Preview

I expect it to be about 40 Episodes, which is still a long way
