i uaually surf the internet late till i get tired, then turn off the light and computer, finally i fall asleep quickly.

well naked is the best way, jeje, but i dont do that , i see that the majority sleeps whit the ligths and tv off a plus for ecology, yey.
I usually sleep whit may dog, is a small one so there is not problem. i have question... what does the sheeps count to sleep? (just joking)

i keep my house cold because i like to sleep under a few blankets wraping myself in a cocoon of heat lol. Its very comfy !!!!

it must be COLD. and i have to have weight on me (big comforter) and my fan is on 24-7 365. The light and noise isnt a big deal cause my room is stuffed full of servers and networking equipment that these tiny green and yellow lights are ALWAYS blinking and the servers are always making noise lol. so its pretty easy for me to sleep in noisy and light places.

With my music on and reading a book till my eyes get tired and then I put the book away and I just keep listening to the music till I fall asleep

^ I used to do that too, but insted of music I listened to talkback radio.
Then I'd wake up in the middle of the night with a killer headache =/

I sleep with nothing but the TV on (usually on adult swim), laying on my chest, face turned towards the screen, and two sheets of covers, one covering my head.
