How do you go to sleep? - Page 4

If I'm having trouble falling asleep, I turn the tv off. If I'm really tired, I just turn the tv down really low and I generally fall asleep quick.

well i sleep in the qutie and lights off alll the time..cant do it otherwise or noisy....but i'm a heavy sleeper...most things dont wake me up

All the lights in the room have to be off, and my door needs to be closed for me to go to sleep easily, if not, its harder cause i need the room pratically pitch black. Also, everything but my ceiling and..other fan needs to be on. It's weird, they make an "electrical sound" that i am used to hearing, so I can't fall asleep without my fans on as well. Thats how I also know if the electricity goes off in the middle of the night, my fans turn off and i immediatly wake up cause its too quiet. Lol

Sometimes I like to sleep with some music playing... But that's rare. Most of the time I need some peace and quiet.

...Oddly enough, my dad sometimes sleeps with his eyes open. It's freaky as hell.

depending on the night (although I used to all the fucking time back in spokane) I would talk to my sweetie and fall asleep.....sadly enough it happened almost every single night but glad I had a cell phone back then <.<;;

On nights I don't talk to my sweetie I uhh...well...I can't stand having the t.v. on because I'll start dreaming of whatevers on the t.v. Seriously, the dialogue goes straight to the dreams.

Sometimes I'll listen to the radio for a while or something but I always turn it off before going nightnight cocooning style. lawlerz.

Never could sleep without my cocooning....and sometimes one foot off the bed as well.

Enough about me talk about eccentric to teh extreme!!!!

I can only get to sleep when all the lights are off and if my little sister is still talking to me I'll have to either say "good night," or "shut up."

The only acception was when I fell asleep on a couch with the lights on. Except I felt terrible afterward...

hahaha i do that too..ive scared my friend once..he said he was moving his hand infront of my face and my eyes where following...he was like quit playing man..then he shook me and woke me up..lol

but how do i fall asleep..i need some type of noise usually..my little sis has her radio on and i can usually hear it through the wall...or ill turn on the AC and let that be the noise that helps me sleep...or the rain. a few weeks ago i had to sleep in my sister's room..and i put the raido on a rock station..but it was playing trance...the song was about 4hs long....
