I believe he is lying, and I chose age 8. It's not that hard to lie about your age. Though, It's hard to lie and try to get someone to believe you without modifying proof. I once scanned in my Drivers license, modified the "7" in the year of my birthday (1987) to a "6". Photoshop is a great tool. At the time it made me look 18. Worked too, however it was on some hentai forum that's bitten the dust now.
