Hm. I'd like one that allows me to control and manipulate all elemental chakras. But, if I really want a doujutsu that has it all, I'd just go with Sharingan. I'd say Rinnegan, but I'm not even half way impressed with it the way I am with Sharingan.

I would Mix Rin'negan,Byakuugan,Sharningan (mangekyou),Ranmarru's bloodline eye techniques all into 1 unstobbable force that only I could perfect and you would have to have massive amounts of charka just to be able to activate it and use it fluently.

i would like one to where i can copy any kind of kekkie genkkie,but since there are none out their that can do that i think i will go with the sharningan but the byakuugan is a powerfull eye but i will stick with the sharningan.

Mine would be Byakugan with minor adjustments.
1. it wouldn't have a blind spot
2. Instead of just being able to help you not get caught in Genjutsu, it would actually make you impervious to Genjutsu.

I have a blend of both the Sharingan and Byakugan as I can through everything and see as far as other countries and still be able to copy jutsus (even bloodline limits), and take my doujutsu to the next level like the MS.

ok. by the rules of the Narutoverse, a Kekkei Genkai can't be copied. DNA has to be transplanted to have one outside of birth, and then you have a 1/20 chance of dieing.

My doujutsu would be something mixed with Wind/Earth/Fire thus creating glass... YES A GLASS-molding bloodline...

Jutsus would be manipulating glass into weapons

S-ranked advanced would be

Creating a mirror to deflect Genjutsu or Ninjutsu
Turning the user into glass
Summoning a glass sphere to engulf the user, thus nothing can break through.

I would love to have the ability to channel my chakra into thrown weapons and arrows/bolts and the like. Then using my chakra I can control the path they take and also infuse them with elemental energies (i.e. fire arrows, ice kunais, etc). It'd make me into a master marskman, and a ranged fighter with little weakness.

This might sound a little wierd but i wouldn't have the sharingan, rinnegan, or byakugan.. i'd want a totally different doujutsu. My doujutsu would influence the rate at which my opponent would think and react, it might not kill them but severly slow them down enough to easily kill.

Shoot different elements through my eyes. Yes, that includes earth. Combine several elements. Yes, that can include water and lightning.

I would have one that is similar to MS I could infiltrate minds, Teleport, and make people go insane but also be able to control storm like the rin'negan , and also be able to use the chakra points like the byakuugan all into 1 doujutsu that nobody could copy and only I and my off-spring could use.
