Conditional Statements

Just wondering, if you make a conditional statement ending with an insult and someone else purposely fulfills that condition, can it be counted as a flame?
Ex:

Well, if the person fulfills the condition after the statement is made, how could the user who made the statement predict that someone would fulfill it?

I swear, I'm tired of the "lol dont flam and ur ok" bullshit.

Hypothetically, what if there was a rule against posting pictures of bananas? Whether or not it's easy to avoid posting those pictures have NOTHING to do with how fucking ridiculous the rule itself is.

Now, I know what you'll say. "rules against flamin isnt ridiculos lol ur crazy." And that would be totally missing my point. My point is that it's stupid to point out how easy the rules are to follow when we're discussing the rule's justification, because it has NOTHING to do with the justification. We're not pissed that the rules are hard to follow, we're pissed because they're not justified. Assuming that we're pissed, anyway.

Also, I'd think that based on how flames have been handled in the past, that wouldn't be a flame and N17 may possibly incorrect on this one.

I mean, if that's how it works I could say something like "If you think 2+2=moo then you're pretty stupid" and then someone could just say "Hai guyz, lyke I totly think tat LOL!" and that'd be flaming? I swear, you guys have little rainbows, suns, and hearts on your tummies. Quit coddling crybabies. >.<;
