I don't remember the exact chapter. Somewhere 10 chapters earlier. Jiraya, before entering the Rain village got a scroll toad out of his stomach (and that toad started saying naruto's seal combination). So that scroll has the seal and some other things written in it I think. Jiraya told the toad to bring itself to naruto.

i think that jiraya will die after a large struggle. he will injure pain greatly but he will recover rapidly. after that it will be the battle with sasuke, where some "semi-pointless" talking happens. the real action will probabally not start for about two chapters probably. and the fight with sasuke and itachi will end in about 10 chapters i'm estimating. I hope that sasuke will win. what i really want to know is, if sasuke wins... then what will he do once he kills itachi? go back to konaha?

I wonder too, the thing is now I realized the scroll is not going to naruto yet. The toad is waiting to find out if jiraya survives and then probably goes to naruto. Only when he's sure Jiaraya is dead.

I re-read the chapter and they were talking about a extension of the Seal that keeps Kyuubi inside Naruto that can be done with the knowledge of the scroll´s content, but I doubt that this is the whole thing about it...

yah, what I understand here is that you have the seal spell itself in case it gets weakened, so to not let kyuubi come out in case this happens. And there's also the beginning of a jutsu that the Fourth couldn't complete and he wants Naruto to do that probably with the help of Kyuubi's chakra. I'm not sure if it isn't actually about the Death God Jutsu, since the Toad asked if naruto actually needs such a Justu...

well i hope what i am about to say is wrong but it came to mind and i have to say it.

I was looking back at chapter 370 posted above. J-man goes into talking about how minato split the nine tails chakra. So the othe half (the yang) must be sealed somewhere else. The obvious answer would be that its sealed within minato who is sealed within the death god. But what if when minato sealed the yang chakra in himself it split from him. Kisi could say this happened if he wanted to. So now theres a "evil" minato out there.

Going on to the point about how j-man has fought all the versions of pain before someone was either watching him or with him during those fights. Minato could have been at them all as he was his student.

So my point is that maybe and this is a big maybe that once the "evil" minato was created he took off and hide. One day he bumped into nagato and they teamed up. This would give nagato all the info on j-man and infinite chakra. Meaning that the real pain is in a way minato.

I hope this is all horrible predicting and that it doesn't come to be. But as said it poped into my head so i thought i would share.

I don't think so.

If it was Minato, Jira would be shocked for sure. He looked like he knew all along who was Pain. Pain must be either Yahiko or Nagato.

I say there is a gap right at the beginning. I don't think Minato sealed the Yang chakra anywhere. He simply took it with him in the belly of the Death God and now they are fighting for eternity. This was the price you pay if you use that jutsu.

I doubt it... Orochimaru durin' his fight with The Third Hokage tried to summon Minato, but The Third Hokage forced him not to be summoned..
