Show me an infraction for flaming where the person being insulted didn't care and it wasn't reversed. And if a person really DID NOT care about it, then find out for me if they told the mods+ that.

Eh? I'm sure that someone being insulted did tell a mod that they didn't care, that mod would say something if a person is banned. So, it's not like something will happen if a confession does arise.

You also have to take into consideration people who're not normally offended say they are to get someone banned. It seems like getting someone the banhammer is an achievement nowadays.

The rules state any flame against a staff member will be given an infraction, no questions asked.

Meh, I had nothing to do with the ban, I was at work when NR gave him the infraction. Not to mention what I previously said about all flames against the staff, I left out that they will all be considered major flames.

I didn't ban him simply because there was a conflict of interest. He flammed me, so I left it up for another mod to deal with it.
