^kinda agree with you. it did not give anything as to show growth in any of the characters. it didn't show any development of any new jutsu. though it showed a scroll taken from konoha, and was given to oro. but still, that does not give us anything...

Wouldn't have mattered anyway, as it wouldn't have been considered canonical.

guess you're right there.

the OVA's are actually considered fillers. some OVA's give out good closings on what the manga/anime missed (like the death of Kenshin Himura). but this OVA did not serve any purpose at all...

As I rememer there were new jutsus: Sasuke's "Chidori Senbon" for example.
I most like the fact that Sasuke helped Naruto and the others to escape but eccept the scenes with Naruto and Sasuke fighting the movi wasn't very interesing.

It's not ridiculous, considering that Sasuke has been actively working to improve his Sharingan abilities, and that Obito's Sharingan abilities inherently allowed him to view enemy Chakra. Sharingan is derived from Byakugan, so it would make sense that Sasuke would eventually develop the ability, no matter how hax or retarded that seems.

The movie was enjoyable but it was far too predictable. It was a standard copy>paste Naruto episode which featured only 1 fight scene that was even almost close to being 'cool', which I think would be Naruto VS Majin Vegit... I mean the old dude using his dark powers.

Sasuke wasn't in the movie nearly enough but it was cool to see his feelings and reactions towards Naruto as, oh, okay that's good, Sasuke still likes Naruto.

I downloaded the movie today from NC, and i have to say my first impressions were wrong, why ? because the subbed version from Db sucked horribly.

I agree. Cause Sasuke was in it.. Otherwise it's just plain boring. I'm not a fanboy.. But the best naruto movies is the ones that relates to the main story line the most. This one did, Oro needed him for "that jutsu".

movie was a disappointment, the trailer looked so much better...it wasnt a sasuke movie, sasuke was featured in it and didnt really do much.

the fights werent that good, wtf happened to the beast at the end how was it beat so easily..

naruto in 4 tails was pretty good fight...but the time he took to transform into it and out of it changed...plus he suffered no damage to body or clothes after wards which is weird.

movie 4 had much better fight scenes
