Well, then there isn't really a point in complaining is there? Or rather, not publicly. If it's really eating him up he could simply PM a staff member and calmly explain that the infraction is a mistake. That would be much more profitable than making a thread of it, considering that is more likely to annoy than anything else. For all we know, it could have been an overlooking of thread history, or accidental negligence (paradoxical as that may be); no one is ubiquitous, after all.

ok hottest girl in naruto was made june 2007 and you just got your infraction last month for making the same thread.. you made a same thread way after the first one was made.. so no the mod wasnt wrong for infracting you... now you can go get attention somewhere else

dont worry about it.. its just a 4 point infraction it will go away in about a week i think.. its really no big deal its not like you got a auto ban or anything

edit: scratch that its already expired cause you got it in november
