Kabuto might be able to do that due to his abnormal medical skills but I rather see Orochimaru than Kabuto. He's a way better villain in my opinion

kabuto has great medical skills... but they aren't greater than tsunade's ... i remember when orochimaru needed help from tsunade cus' kabuto couldn't help him get that curse off... orochimaru's acting like a curse, a disease thats spreadin all over kabuto's body... if kabuto manages to "cure himself" of orochimaru... on the other hand i think kabuto will try resist him a while but when he'll realise that there's no point in fighting orochimaru will give up... he won't feel sorry for it in the end because he did it just to find out who he is? how strong he is? and in the end i guess he'll find out and give his life for orochimaru
