She was surprised when she saw him. Wouldn't you be, if you saw a young crush you had after a long time? That doesn't mean she's in love with him. If that were the case, she wouldn't have tried what she did against Sasuke, leading everyone to be owned by Nagashi.

i think she has feelings for naruto but i think she still loves sasuke.. i prefer sakura with sasuke im not much of a sakura and naruto fan.. they dont fit well together.. her and sasuke seem perfect for each other if he ever gets his act together.

I completely agree with Mystik. NaruSaku doesn't make a good couple. SasuSaku would make a perfect couple if Sasuke ever learns to care for someone.

Yeah, thankfully. Sasuke leaving did benefit her, indirectly.

well, she's matured, but I mean she now is determined to do something this time to help get him back, and the logical way she is going to do that is to incapacitate him. She's not going to kill him and she can be the one to nurse him back to health.

But now there is an attraction issue as well . . Sakura is becoming more conflicted as time goes on, that why I'm glad her character will be getting more focus in the future (from the author - kishi).

From another thread with a similar discussion . .

A few more examples;

1. Naruto dreams of Sakura (Or is it a nightmare? But still it is erotic, and unfortunatley not cannon if you want to be real strict.)

2. Sakura cares what Naruto thinks of her appearance. (First episode) Out of context its a normal thing to talk about, in context you consider their history and it becomes more significant. Female communication is subtle.

3. Same episode. Why should Sakura care if Naruto endorses perverted Jutsu? To protect the dignity of women everywhere? She doesn't go after Konahamaru . . . she goes after the kid with the spikey blond hair to take out her frustrations on . . female jealousy can be strange.

I could go on with countless examples where admiration = attraction, and as stand alone events they don't mean much. However, when you complie all the times that Sakura either feels protective of or stands in admiration of Naruto . . . the begin to pile up.

don't just state the exact same stuff you posted again. then the discussion turns EXACTLY into what it was in the other thread.

She hasn't shown any signs of having conflicted feelings. She may have some feelings for Naruto, but there really is no good evidence that she has feelings beyond those of respect and being a friend and comrade.

So..rrry! diffrent people are in different threads. You just happened to be in both. Its easier than repeating myself . . . and its kind of a common thing with message boards. Perhaps I should have just posted a link, but these boards have no system to take you to the direct post . . .

Perhaps conflicted feelings isnt the right word then . . . maybe confusing or unrecognized ones are a good example. RIght now I'm thinking of the differences in her reactions to Sai's taunting, depending on which of the two young men she love's most Sai is insulting . . .

The confusion should become more apparent once they meet Sasuke again.

Let's not go too deep into psychology, so:
1. If you refer to recent anime, in same dream was all other female characters, and it was mostly because of Naruto's fear of what Sakura could do to him if she caught him peeking through the fence. Beside, that scene was added as a comic element. You won't find it in manga.

2. That does not mean a thing. All (or majority) girls care for comments about their appearance.

3. She is not jealous. She is disgust by it, and she did turn on Konohamaru later.


As for Sakura, IMHO she does not love Sasuke anymore. It was a childish crash, nearly 3 years ago. She cooled down.
About her feelings for Naruto ... nah, she start to value him and care for him as a close and dear friend but nothing more.
Personal prediction, she will end up just like Tsunade ... single.
