OK this is a FC for the manga/anime Sandland it is about(long story short) the great Lucifer the king of demon's son Beelzebub the prince of demons and his friend thief a old bugger of a man who happens to be a good at thieving and a human sheriff Rao who is on the quest of finding the inner sea because after world war three, there was a water shortage.
