That's true. His jutsus go along with his memories and identity. Just as when Oro takes over a body, he retains his former abilities and gains the new host's powers, it makes sense that Sasuke would in turn gain Oro's abilities. Like, if you clone a human... the clone and the original person are not going to be exactly the same. Different environment, you know... >_> Add awhole 'nother soul and... yeah.

I say Kabuto's case is exactly the same. It should happen to him exactly what happened to yamato, in case he's compatible, which it seems he is. So Kabuto should normally inherit a kekkei genkai but oro didn't have any as far as I know, so what is it that he'll have?
