Bills etc, and she fell.

step 1- get giant knife
step 2- find wife
step 3- insert knife into wife's body
step 4- repeat step 3 several times
step 5- remove bloody carpet from floor
step 6- roll wife up in bloody carpet
step 7- toss carpet + wife out with the trash (should have done this step long ago)

there your problem is solved
no more worrying about bloody carpets

I was thinking of doing it clockwork orange style and finish her off with a statue
