I'd recommend to start with chapter 256 since the Anime is showing the fights in a different order than the manga. The End of Episode 155 is in chapter 267 but then you skip the fights of Chad and Ishida. I don't have any idea why they're showing Rukia's fight first, doesn't make sense to me.
