Which one is the Shipuuden Theme?

ok i was looking at the Shipuuden music at Naruto Central. and i couldn't figure out which one is the main theme for it.
can somebody help me out?

if it's the one who you hear when they show what's happening in the upcoming episode (coz in part one they used to show the main theme there), then it's called Douten. It's the second on the list at naruto central

If you mean the theme song at the beggining of the episodes, the first one is "Hero's Comeback" by Nobodyknows+ and the I think second one is called "The Distance."

thanks. i downloaded episode 24 from naruto central and it says get you hands up or something like that. i've been trying to figure that out.
