well lets see here..the rasengan shuriken can probly penatraite it...gaara wouldnt b able 2 defeat naruto x 200 at least i dnt think so...gaara will b alot slower if he has the "iron sand" taech so naruto will easily b able 2 hit him

neji may be jounin but naruto is elite jounin level just ask kakashi. he may still be a genin or chunin in brains but hes still a very powerful ninja and would give neji a run for him money. i would like to see him even deflect oodama rasengan let alone fuuton rasengan shuriken.

Naruto fought and defeated Neji using the Kyuubi's chakra in the first part, but now with both of them having more jutsu and abilities--

Neji has improved his Jyuuken and Byakugan skills, but Naruto also has a few tricks up his sleeve. Naruto now has 3 variations of Rasengan and the ability to use Kyuubi to the point of destroying landscape on a massive level.\I think that on a all-out taijutsu battle between Naruto and Neji, Naruto pales in comparison. Neji is well-trained and hasbeen training for the past 2 years, trying to master his Jyuuken. Naruto has had almost no improvement in his Taijutsu.

Naruto, however-- Could possibly catch Neji off-guard if he got angry enough and unleashed the 4-tailed Kyuubi. Because even Orochimaru had a hard time fighting Naruto-- and Neji's attacks are all close-range, giving Naruto the upperhand.
