My favorite intro would have to be from the last opening from Fullmetal alchemist with the song Rewrite.

I've always liked the a lot of the Gundam intros, especial the first season of Gundam Wing and the first half of the first seaons of Gundam 00. I also like the Cowboy Bebop opening theme, Pokémon (first season) theme, third season of Bleach (Ichirin no Hana), Inukami opening theme, Gun X Sword, there is a lot i like.

I personally love Death Note's theme... The whole animation for both the opening and ending is just awesome.
