"Damn it! Kishimto killed off Itachi! Why did he do that? That ruined the entire series for me! I'm not going to read this crap anymore."

I find it narrow minded when people get their expectations up for something, and then can't accept the author's point of view. Just because its not along the lines of how you see things doesn't mean its not a good story.

That's why I personally like Fan Fiction, because while it's true that Kishi has the original story, In the end it's all fictional anyway. So what's wrong with reading somethings that may seem off from the actual story. It's not like the original story is going to change just because of some other person's interpretation.

Actually, fairy tales are exactly that. Reimagined being told differently and changed through the test of time. For example, In the original Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs none of the dwarfs had names, and were represented as emotionless hard working beings. Also the story was intended to teach the lesson of maturity from childhood to adulthood, but as time has passed so has the story.

I pretty sure most of you wont get the point I'm getting at here, but basically stories dont have to follow any specific rules to be a good story. It's all really a matter of opinion but it's always good to be respectful even if you dont agree/understand it.

It's kinda like pieces of art that just have blobs of paint on it, and people dont consider it art. Are they entitled to their own opinion ? Yes. Can they criticize it ? sure. But in the end one can say that's their ignorance of another persons perception (the artist) to the piece of art.

This concept is true to literature,Art,Music,Movies,etc.

It's kinda confusing, so I'll understand if no one gets it.

On a side note, I wouldn't be suprised if Rin was Sakura's Mother or Aunt or something...

I think Rin would be the sweet lover, caring and lots of cuddling. Actually similar in a lot of ways to Hinata, but a little more confident the first time.

As for Obito . . .

Well, probably a lot like Naruto . . .unless he's actually Madara now . .. which would mean a lot like Sasuke . . . or maybe even Itachi . . . man my head's spinning.

Well, though I see the point you're making, like I said, I'm an anal-retentive asshole. When I see something that doesn't go with the actual story that the creator created, my OCD kicks in and I get all hyper-critical. I always have this thought: If you want to make a story and move, change, or add facts, then make your own story with similar characters, then add those facts. That's why I don't really like fanfics, not NaruHina, not SasuSaku, not ShikaTema, not NaruSaku, nothing. It's a personal preference thing.

Oh, and I forgot to say that I was wondering when we'd get a major crack-pairing fan in here. Finally you showed up, Otachii!

Hey, HinataFanX posted an essay page a while back defending NaruHina. well I found a guy who does a pretty darn good job for NAruSaku. My favorite of his essays though isn't for the pairing at all. It is instead arguments using logic to discredit many of the popular arguments AGAINST NaruSaku.

I don't mind SOME made up things, but they have to be REASONABLE. Like making up a kekkei genkai for Naruto is stupid and has been done a million and one times. I don't really mind making parents, but they have to be reasonable. I do like the idea of adding memories of Hinata's mother and the description is rather easy: Hinata's the spitting image of her mother, perhaps without her eyes, and even that's slightly different than her father.
