ROTFLMAOOOOOOOO...I wouldn't say none of them are going no where...there is still Shika/Temari, which seems in the bag...and then we may get some Neiji/TenTen(or Lee/TenTen)...not to mention we may see some other pairing possibilities happen(though I hate to say it...Hinata may make her move here at sme point too) time later when the final battles begin.

@ HS... Yeah, I wasn't exactly saying it would be in the next chapter...in fact if I know Kishi...he may have her do something like what your saying by the end of the month...but Im getting the feeling that EVERYONE is gonna have a chat with Naruto at some point in time here...especially with Kishi(and Madara) buying us some time by sending Sasuke n company after the Hachibi(8-tails). So, I think we will have chance here to have some major plot n story development without having to get into a ton of ass-whooopin battles yet...though we may get one...when Hawk faces the 8-tails...

Yeah, and then we know with the 8-tails we're gonna get a new character, so the pair-ups will all recycle. At least if he or she survives to actually have some development, unlike poor two-tail cat girl.

Well, we all know why that is...bcause Naruto is the supreme pimp...and Gaara...Gaara too me is the tragic hero of this story...as he n Naruto are more aike than anyone else in the story...just the paths of them getting to where they are happened differently...so, I actually could have seen Gaara n Yugito together if given a chance...though with him being the kazekage...Im sure alot of the sand babes whill be trying to hook up with him now...LOL.

Well if there is any time time fore some pairing development it should be pretty soon in the up coming chapters. That goes for all of the original team seven I believe.

I don't think it can be or will stat5ed that is a CRUCIAL part to development of any pairing invlving Naruto/Sakura and to a lesser extent sasuke(though I think Karin is still gonna try n get him in the sack at some point).

Right now we're seing the story thgouh two points of view, NAruto and Sasuke's. I'll be interested to see a few things when we switch to Sakura's point of view again - or perhaps even Tsunade's. We kind of skipped to Naruto's reaction, but hers is important too

We may not get pairing stuff until the point of view switches . . .

This is true...though I beginning to think Kishi may not show sakura's total point of view on ALL of this til we get a full reaction from Naruto...which again goes to Kishi teasing EVERYONE with just that small reaction...then switching things back over to Sasuke's n Madara's perspective on things...though it still pisses me off...that we haven't seen any of pein since the jiraiya fight...though Im guessing he's resting and getting for him n Konan to go n capture Naruto...if they make it before he leaves... which they won't and he will go somewhere far away from Konoha...that noone can track him too. That's why i think Madara(AND Kishi) is having Sasuke chase after the 8-tails... doing that gives Naruto the time he needs to get out of dodge n get away from this EXTREMELY bad situation.

Of course, the time sakura has to react could be determnied by the amount of time she has before Naruto leaves to train, if indeed that is what happens. It also depends on wheather he needs an escort there - or if its just like

"Hop through this dimensional portal and lets get to it kid."

I have a few theories on that myself...1. would be for him to leave the way he does in your fan-fiction...which I feel is possible should his heritage be revealed soon. 2. he could leave in secret through a portal of some kind...as it seems all the powerful toads except the "great" sage himself are there in the village. 3. this one being the dumbest of all...but it seems plausible if only to build plot n keep Naruto relevant in the manga for now...is fr him to stay there n train Kakashi n toads...as well as everyone else(whom I feel will be training anyway)...I just don't like that because of the akatsuki factor(they have no problems going into villages n stirring shit up...), 2 the sasuke( n hawk factor...I feel will happen while he is gone...forcing sakura to then grow up...)
3. the "ROOT" factor...because we all know Danzou is just waiting for Tsunade to foul shit up again, so he can convince the village idiots(counselours) to remove her as hokage so he can take over(though I suspect this won't happen til Naruto is ready to make his "GRAND" return n save the village...cementing his legacy as the future hokage).

@ Ratalone... Yeah, I agree totally...none of that talk...your a naru/saku fan and this could be a HUGE moment for those 2....though if Sakura doesn't do anything...this actually could work in Hinata's favor as well...these types of things definetely have a way moving relationships n pairings forward.

I dunno, as much as I am a NaruSaku fan. I honestly dont believe much if anything will develop due to Naruto's revelation of Jiraiya's death. Knowing how Kishi likes to tease fan's into believe that something may occur, latest example being Naruto and Hinata being on the same team. I wouldn't be suprised if this is yet another tease for the other group of fans.

I've been thinking that for awhile...becaue that was an INSANE opportunity for Kishi to give Hinata her chance to shine n tell Naruto EXACTLY how she feels about him and that she's in love with him n she wants to be with him n she won't give up because of all the people in Konoha...she looks up him most of all...because he is the one that her feel like she wants to be stronger n better than she has EVER been before.
